I wasn't expecting much at first. I filled in the drink diary over a week as part of trying to sort my day. It sat on the kitchen table and I used it every afternoon with my tea and morning coffee. The moment I knew it worked was on day five. I realised my afternoon slump coincided with a huge gap in hydration. Simple fact. I changed one habit. The slump eased. Pleasant surprise. Nothing flashy. Just a small, useful shift that fits into busy weekdays.
A bit wary at first
I signed up for the monitoring setup a while back but left it unused during renovations. I had real doubts — privacy worries and even a past card issue made me cautious — so I hardly touched it. Someone turned up unannounced to collect kit, which annoyed me, but a quick call put things straight. I used the system this month and, surprisingly, it’s discreet, simple and genuinely useful. Still a bit wary, but pretty pleased I tried it again.
Not quite as promised
clever idea, shabby follow-through. I signed up and did the seven‑day drink diary last week — middle of the week into the weekend — and at first it felt fine, simple to log things. By day three I was already thinking this would be an easy £35 (they say $35) for a bit of logging. Then the app started dropping entries, saying things hadn’t registered even though I’d logged at least three drinks like they asked. I messaged support and got a reply that basically blamed me, which was frustrating because I’d done exactly what they requested. So yeah, I liked the concept and the quick start, but glitches and the customer response killed it. I’d still recommend it as an idea if they sort the tech and payouts — otherwise it’s a bit of a lottery.
