I was wary before buying — saw photos, thought the faux leather would peel. Used it on a chilly commute last week and, on that first wear, I was quietly pleased. After six wears I noticed some rubs by the zip and collar and I admit I was cross; I even wondered if detergent had caused it, although I hadn’t washed it yet. I contacted customer support and, to my surprise, they didn’t just shrug — they offered a replacement and asked for pics. That calmed me down. The fleece is cosy, warms up quickly and fits well. My scepticism shifted to relief — still a bit annoyed about the trim, but overall glad I kept it. I’d buy again, with a small caveat.
Good fit but chilly
Felt a bit foolish stepping out in it expecting cosiness — it’s a really nicely made coat and fits me well, but it’s just not warm enough for my chilly commute. It was labelled medium-high warmth so I assumed some padding; that’s on me for trusting the label, but it’s annoying. I needed something for cold mornings after a bad experience with a thin jacket, and I’m actually grateful the cut and quality are good. Would love to swap for a warmer style but couldn’t return it.
Smart shirts, time will tell
Bought a couple of these on a whim — I wasn’t sure they'd survive daily life, especially with two kids and constant washing. They fit brilliantly and look smart whether I’m in jeans or trousers for work. After a few months of regular wear and machine washes I did notice some fading and a bit of loosening at the seams sooner than I hoped. Still, I keep reaching for them, they feel nice and get comments, so overall I’m pleased.
