    Replacement glasses frames

    I just have to share how amazing my experience was when I had to get replacement glasses frames. I had a pair of frames that got damaged, and I couldn't find them anywhere. I thought I was out of luck, but when I contacted customer service, they really came through for me. Michael was so helpful, he asked me to send photos of the damage and then searched through their warehouses to find a spare pair of frames that matched. I couldn't believe it when he found an exact match and had them sent all the way from Sweden to me in less than a week. I was so impressed by Michael and the rest of the customer service team, they really went above and beyond. This has been, without a doubt, the best customer service I've ever experienced.

    Lightweight jacket purchase

    As someone who has been shopping with you for a while, I was really looking forward to buying a nice lightweight jacket from your company. But I have to say, I was let down by the lack of clear information about whether the jacket was actually in stock or not. It made me feel a bit irritated and unsure about going ahead with the purchase. It would have been much better if there had been more transparency about whether the item was available or not. It would have definitely made my shopping experience smoother and more enjoyable. I just hope that in the future, more effort is put into making sure that customers like me are kept well-informed about the availability of products.

    I bought some clothes from your company not long ago, but when they arrived, I noticed they had some problems.     Shorts too small

    I bought a pair of shorts but they turned out to be too small, so I returned them for a larger size. The annoying thing is, they sent me back the exact same size! I mean, what's the point of that? Also, if you're thinking about returning something, don't bother at the weekend because DHL only collects parcels during the week. Plus, they don't include return slips in your order because they're trying to be eco-friendly, not because they're cutting costs. It's a bit of a hassle if you don't have a printer.
