Blue crew neck sweater
I recently bought a blue crew neck sweater from this company and it was even better than I had hoped. The quality of the sweater is absolutely outstanding, it feels so soft and comfy, ideal for wearing every day. The size was just right for me and the design is timeless and stylish, I can pair it with anything in my wardrobe. I was really impressed with the craftsmanship, the stitching and finishing are spot on, showing how much care went into making it. I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back for more items in the future.
White tea shirts purchase
I bought some white t-shirts from this brand recently and I have to say, I am really pleased with how they fit and the quality of the fabric. They're comfortable to wear and they look really good on me. The material feels like good quality and seems like it will last a long time.
Replacement glasses frames
I just have to share how amazing my experience was when I had to get replacement glasses frames. I had a pair of frames that got damaged, and I couldn't find them anywhere. I thought I was out of luck, but when I contacted customer service, they really came through for me. Michael was so helpful, he asked me to send photos of the damage and then searched through their warehouses to find a spare pair of frames that matched. I couldn't believe it when he found an exact match and had them sent all the way from Sweden to me in less than a week. I was so impressed by Michael and the rest of the customer service team, they really went above and beyond. This has been, without a doubt, the best customer service I've ever experienced.

I recently had a problem with something I bought, so I got in touch with customer service. They got back to me really quickly and sorted out the issue by giving me a refund. I was really impressed with how well they dealt with it and I wouldn't think twice about shopping with them again.

Lightweight jacket purchase
As someone who has been shopping with you for a while, I was really looking forward to buying a nice lightweight jacket from your company. But I have to say, I was let down by the lack of clear information about whether the jacket was actually in stock or not. It made me feel a bit irritated and unsure about going ahead with the purchase. It would have been much better if there had been more transparency about whether the item was available or not. It would have definitely made my shopping experience smoother and more enjoyable. I just hope that in the future, more effort is put into making sure that customers like me are kept well-informed about the availability of products.

I had a slight issue with my delivery but the customer service team sorted it out really quickly. They were so nice and helpful, very professional.

They got back to me really quickly! I sent an email and they responded within an hour. They then organised my return and sent me a voucher within 24 hours. The person assisting me was really clear and direct, which was great.

Son's top faulty
I had a bit of bother with my son's top and got in touch with the customer service lot. They were really helpful and said they'd sort me out with a refund once I sent over some snaps of the dodgy item. Even though we had that blip, we'll definitely be sticking with this company as their service was top-notch.

My time at the store was absolutely brilliant. I got help from a guy called Micheal, who was so good with customers. He really knew his stuff about all the products and managed to help me pick out the perfect shorts and polo shirt. I was really grateful for his friendly and professional approach.

I bought some clothes from your company not long ago, but when they arrived, I noticed they had some problems. So, I got in touch with your customer service team to see what could be done about it. I told them about the issues with the stitching and collar on the item I got from one of your shops. It was a bit of a letdown when they told me that because I didn't buy the clothes straight from you, I should speak to the shop instead. I was hoping for a more helpful and customer-focused response from a well-known brand like yours.

Broken press stud on my coat
My press stud broke on my coat and I had no idea there were different sizes - can you believe it? I contacted customer service and Tracey was absolutely fantastic! She was so helpful and made sure to keep me in the loop about getting a replacement. Thanks to her, my coat is all good to go now!
Shorts too small
I bought a pair of shorts but they turned out to be too small, so I returned them for a larger size. The annoying thing is, they sent me back the exact same size! I mean, what's the point of that? Also, if you're thinking about returning something, don't bother at the weekend because DHL only collects parcels during the week. Plus, they don't include return slips in your order because they're trying to be eco-friendly, not because they're cutting costs. It's a bit of a hassle if you don't have a printer.

The service at this place is amazing! I ordered something and they sorted it out super quickly. But what really blew me away was how they dealt with any problems I had.
