this did what the dentists couldn't — my gum soreness mostly cleared up and my teeth look better. I needed something because for a few years I had sore gums that made sweet things, dried fruit and very hot or cold drinks a problem. I couldn't chew properly on my left side without a twinge and it felt daft at forty-eight to be avoiding fruit. I had used peroxide whitening strips years earlier and, looking back, that might have been part of the issue. Dentists just suggested a sensitive toothpaste which helped a bit but didn’t fix it. I saw a Facebook ad for a whitening system from Primal Life Organics and, to be honest, I was more intrigued by the gum-healing side than the whitening. I was sceptical, checked the ingredient list because I only wanted something natural, and decided to try it. It’s about eighteen months now and most of the soreness has gone — I can eat normally again. Teeth are consistently whiter as a bonus. Not an overnight miracle, more steady improvement, but I’m relieved enough to have bought other items for the family.
Overhyped brush, honestly a bit annoying

I tried to sort it out, emailed, asked to speak to someone senior, explained the whole saga. The answer boiled down to "policy" and that it was past some timeframe from the original purchase, so no replacement. One person who said she was the customer service lead, Jamie or similar, sounded completely unmoved. Bit disheartening, really. Feels like I paid premium for a product that doesn't last, and then hit a brick wall with support. Won't rush back to buy more.
Nearly swapped back to my old brush
the clean felt familiar, the battery still had juice and my gums weren’t grumpy (which was a real relief). First one did fail quickly, which was annoying, but the company replaced it without too much fuss and the replacement has been solid since. It’s not perfect — it’s more plastic than “bamboo” marketing might imply, and I’m still wary of disposable tech — but it does the job well, quietly, and I appreciate that replacement support. I’m glad I didn’t immediately bin the idea of trying a greener alternative; turns out this one fits my needs (sensitive gums, wanted better cleaning than a manual) and I’m relieved it wasn’t a total waste. Would recommend cautiously — know what you want and expect some compromises.
