Selling books online
I've found selling my books online with this company to be incredibly easy. I love that there are various options for sending my books, including home pickup, and the instructions provided are very clear. I've already sent off four packages, and all of my books were accepted, which is fantastic. Payment is quick and there are different methods available for receiving your money, such as straight into your bank account. I've tried other companies in the past, but Ziffit has offered me the best prices by far - so it's definitely a big thumbs up from me!
Quick and efficient trade-in process.
I found the app really easy to download and use. The barcode scanner was spot on and made it a doddle to take things out of my basket. They told me when I could pick up my stuff, and they were right on time. When I got there, they checked everything and I paid straight away. I'm really pleased with how it all went.

Online trade experience
When it comes to selling and collecting my stuff from Ziffit, I've had a few problems with missing items in my orders. I try to be really careful when I sell my items, taking pictures and checking everything off a list, but somehow things have gone missing twice out of the six trades I've done. I'm pretty sure the missing items were in the packages I sent, but so far I've only been refunded for one of the issues. Also, I've noticed that there are certain standards for the condition of books, but it seems like different checkers have different ideas of how strictly to judge the condition.
Missing items, reduced payment
Ziffit looked good at first because it was supposed to make selling my books easy. But when I sent in two boxes full of books, they said some valuable ones were missing. So, the payment they promised me was a lot less than expected. It was really disheartening and made me frustrated and disappointed. It's hard when you can't trust a company that seemed trustworthy at the start. I wouldn't suggest using Ziffit based on what happened to me.

The experience of trading in my items with Ziffit was really smooth and quick. I just had to scan in my items and finalize the trade in no time at all. The only little issue I had was that the Inpost boxes nearby were sometimes full, but the Ziffit app saved the day by showing me other lockers close by and the sizes available. This made everything so easy and hassle-free. I really liked how user-friendly the app was and how it helped me find nearby drop-off points.

I thought the trade-in process was really easy and quick. They paid me promptly without any issues. One thing they could do better is to let us know about weight limits and packing rules earlier on. Apart from that, I have no complaints at all about the service.
Frustrating courier experience
I tried sending some books three times via courier and I clearly wrote the address on each package, but they never arrived. Each time, I had to resend the books one by one by using a drop-off locker. Sadly, even after scanning and packing them properly, the books were still not received. It was just a complete waste of time and effort.
