They sell, for instance, many films and series on DVD and Blu-ray. But they also sell technology like headphones, earphones, portable Bluetooth speakers and a handsfree car kit. A third category is games, where they sell games for all kinds of consoles the PS3, PS4, Xbox One and PC. They also sell the consoles itself, controllers and wireless mini-keyboards. Zavvi mainly offers the possibility to order online. You can create an account to put items in your basket and have them home delivered. I love this website, has been using for more than like 1.5 yrs now. and bought more than, what, I think 30-40 Blue ray DVDs etc from here. I can totally recommend this website for shop best collections of films in reasonable, actually cheapest price. They have different categories to buy from, like in genres, franchise, themes, collections, quality and much more. They are pretty fast with delivery, well mostly, like in minimum 2 days max 4 days. I love to shop here first, just look for your favorite films and get it at a good price, keep adding into the cart.
The upside: The website appears to have a good variety of rare products and some good prices/promotion.
The downside: I made my first order with them and it was a pre-order to make sure my kids would get it on time. Be aware that once you register with them you get flooded with promotion e-mails but absolutely NOTHING about your current orders.
When the item was released I never received anything to inform me when it would be sent. After several days I contacted them and was told someone would contact me to let me know about my order... Well you probably guessed it, I was never contacted! I had to track them down and contacted them several times and they simply apologised for the item being delayed. When will it be sent? I will never know...
Ordered Darth Vader helmet for a birthday gift on 3/7,it is now 9/7 and still no idea when parcel is to be delivered? Been showing at depot all week when tracked on website Customer service not much help and birthday was today so no longer want the order I am now trying to cancel order ,will update soon …Can’t cancel order as now I’m told it’s in the delivery process?….the parcel has not left their depot yet ,been sat there for 6 days…CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL
Has now been exactly a week since ordering and still have no clue as to what is happening to my order as no communication from themselves,got same product from Amazon delivered in 24 hours with no problem whatsoever…Lesson learned I think
Message to Zavvi…Parcel is being delivered to a inpost locker,I will not be collecting the parcel so it will only go back to yourselves eventually??? Cancel the order please
9 days on and still can’t get a truthful response if any from Zavvi so contacted Inpost and they don’t no where the parcel is? But they did mention Hermes so it could be anywhere by now!
10 days on ….Have been told again,twice today ‘unable to cancel order as it is being delivered?’..Where?When? Inpost don’t no where the parcel is,there website has not updated now for 5 days All I wanted was a straight answer from Zavvi to start with but they don’t no how …TERRIBLE SERVICE
Customer service has been abysmal, took 4 months to get a reply and then the reply came through another email which surprise surprise you can’t reply to as it goes to a donotreply mailbox. Don’t trust their delivery times that they confirm before you order because apparently that can be 7 days out and still you’re expected to accept it. AVOID.
I had 3 orders with about 20 items. And i had 15 complains on non delivery, broken item, bad packing, unsent items for a month and more, no answers from their "customer service" etc.etc.etc ....... The worst store ever. The most horrible, awful, terrible, disgusting and unpleasantly buying experience I ever had. Antun
Literally the worst company ever. Ordered an item in November- Never arrived. I've been asking for refund for last 2 weeks and they flat out refuse to send me money and keep on giving some random excuses. Literally this company will steal you money and then make it difficult to get it back when you ask. Pathetic.
BEWARE SELLER. I have email exchanges with zavvi regarding sending opened items. I Reported them to Better Business Bureau, Federal trade commission and filed a dispute against zavvi with my bank. I sent pics of a $666 order and they offered a measley 10% off. I agreed to get it over with. They told me to close the dispute with my bank. I closed it and they still didnt give me a 10% refund. They sent collectible action figures opened...outter box removed and theyve given me a hard time since Day 1.
I ordered a large range of things from Zavvi on 28/07/19 including a pre-order for a Quantum Mechanix Q-Fig that was meant to be released on 30/07/19. I have then heard nothing about the delaying of the release date from Zavvi and it has been over a year, I contacted them in regards to my order on 18/08/19 and received a reply from one of the Customer Service team named Niamh who explained it had been delayed due to manufacturing and this was acceptable and understandable. I then left it for almost a year and contacted them on 16/08/20 to cancel my order as it had been too long and frankly I needed the money. I asked fro details on how to cancel my item and Fahim (the new Customer Service member) gave me no details on how to cancel and in fact just told my to wait. I was also cancelling due to moving house and the fuss it would cause to have a parcel that may or may not ever arrive at my old house. On the 05/10/20 I asked them if I could change my address for the item at which point I got a message from a man named Josh who told me this was not possible as I was still 'mid-order' despite my order taking over a year. Josh unhelpfully explained 'Youll have to arrange to collect it off the new owner.' Which for customer service is awful - they clearly do not care about their customers. I have tried to be sensible and nice about the customer service team and the order but Zavvi keep passing the responsibility. At this point I am not worried about the money and just want the order cancelled - the order is not even on their website any more and therefore, it appears the product no longer exists (certainly to buy) - It is the Aquaman Comics King of the Sea Q fig which I paid £14.99 for. I feel extremely let down by Zavvi and the THG group for appalling Customer Service.
