Evil Dead Prop Chainsaw
Package Tracking shows it never left Great Britain. It shows it never went to customs, never went to ANY US postal services.
There is no number to contact Zavvi.
They use "messages". I notified them of the details via their messaging system. Rather than actually looking at the tracking info. A week later they just sent a generic response and told me to fill our their form. (Download, print, fill out by hand then scan then upload, rather that an Electronic Form).
5 days later, they send out the exact same generic message with the same form.
I am out $200. I have spent over $5300.00 over the years at Zavvi. Obviously I will Never buy from them again. When you order from Zavvi you have to understand, you can NEVER actually contact them, they only do generic responses and you will get ripped off eventually. It might take several orders but you will end up like me.DVD box set
I bought a DVD box set from this shop not long ago, and I have to say, they were really good at keeping me in the loop about my order. It's always nice to know what's going on with your purchase, and they did a great job of letting me know when it was available. The only small issue was that the package was a bit tough to open, but it didn't spoil my overall good experience with them.
Great service and product quality
I wanted to share that I recently bought something from this company and I have to admit, I was really impressed. The product I got was top-notch quality and just like how it was described on their website. The prices were really good and I felt like I was getting a great deal. The service was fantastic, from how easy it was to place an order on their website to how quickly they responded to my questions. All in all, I couldn't have hoped for a better experience.
Online shopping experience
I was having a good time shopping online until I finished buying something and then this dodgy pop-up showed up, looked like some kind of scam or ad. It really threw me off and got me wondering if the website was actually legit. It feels like they're trying to take advantage, especially targeting older folks who might not be as good with technology. I think it's totally wrong and makes the company look bad.
Steelbook purchase
I've just bought some steelbook items from this shop and I have to say, I've been really impressed with how well they were packaged and the service overall. Every time my order has arrived quickly and in top condition, which made shopping a real pleasure. I really value the effort put into making sure my items arrived safe and sound. VIP membership
As someone who shops here often, I just wanted to say how impressed I am with the VIP services at this store. The prices are always reasonable and the free delivery you get with the membership has definitely been worth it. I'd definitely recommend signing up for the VIP services if you're someone who shops here a lot.
Scarlet-Spider action figures
I recently bought a couple of Scarlet-Spider action figures from an online shop. I had a hard time finding them elsewhere and didn't want to pay ridiculous prices on other sites, so I thought I'd give this shop a go. To my surprise, they had the figures in stock and at a reasonable price, no crazy mark-ups! Ordering was easy, and I liked that they were selling them for the normal retail price, fair deal for everyone. I've been shopping with them since 2020 and always got my orders in perfect condition. If I ever had an issue, their customer service team was quick to help, really professional and caring.
Blu-ray movies.
I've had a really good experience with the customer service from this online shop. The team is quick to reply to emails and they sort out any problems efficiently. The staff I've spoken to have been friendly and professional in their interactions. Sometimes the items haven't been perfect when they arrived, but all in all, I'm happy with the service and assistance I've received. I'll definitely keep ordering from them.
Lego set purchase
Honestly, I was a bit unsure about buying from here because the Lego set was way cheaper than anywhere else online. But you know what? Everything turned out great. My order came today exactly when they said it would, and it was wrapped up really well. I'm really happy and will definitely be recommending it to my friends and family. I'll definitely be shopping here again soon.
Steelbooks
I attempted to purchase some awesome steelbooks, but unfortunately, my daft credit card wouldn't cooperate, even though I've used it on this website in the past. The customer service team was of no assistance until I eventually spoke to a manager a week later. If it weren't for the exclusive steelbooks they offer, I wouldn't bother with this website at all!
Bargain purchase with size guide assistance
I've just bought something at a bargain price and the size guide really helped me choose the right size. The whole process was really easy and straightforward - no problems at all navigating the website and making my purchase.

Funko pops
Honestly, don't always trust everything you read! I was a bit unsure about ordering from this place at first because of some bad reviews, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. And you know what? I was really pleased with what I got. The Funko pops I ordered came fast and in great condition. The packaging was strong, and the items were exactly as they were shown on the website. I'm really happy with my purchase. So, to anyone who's doubtful, give Zavvi a try before you make up your mind.
T-shirt purchase
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend buying from this place if you're not completely sure about your purchase. I tried to cancel my order shortly after placing it, but the customer support was terrible. There was no way to talk to a real person, no phone number or instant messaging. I had to wait ages for their slow messaging system to sort things out, which was just as slow as email. It took me 4 days to even get started on returning my order that I wanted to cancel - a total nightmare. I'd give it zero stars if I could.
Online shopping experience
I've found it really easy and efficient to use the website. The layout is clear and it's simple to find your way around the different categories. There's a great variety of products to choose from, and I managed to find exactly what I was after without any trouble. I like that you can set up an account for a more tailored shopping experience. Overall, I'm happy with how my online shopping has gone so far.
Merchandise variety
I was really let down by the lack of stuff they had in stock. They only had a few yellow things, a few white bits, a couple of blue bits, and a few navy items. It was disappointing that they didn't have anything from big franchises like Star Wars or Disney. It seemed like the store only cared about selling basic items and not things that fans would want. The whole experience left me feeling really disappointed.
Gaming console
The company's online deals are too expensive and hardly compare well with other shops. Ordering something wasn't great, as they didn't give much info on when my order would be ready. I bought something a few days ago but my money is still set aside and my order hasn't even been sorted out yet. That's just too slow for online shopping these days. I won't be coming back because of all these delays.
Bargain purchase
I was absolutely gobsmacked when I saw the price on the website, it was proper unbelievable. And to top it off, the delivery was lightning-fast, which totally caught me off guard. All in all, I was well impressed with the service and I'll definitely be coming back for more purchases down the line. Cheers!
Preorder item
I preordered this really cool thing online and was so looking forward to getting it. But then I found out it wasn't actually in stock and they couldn't say when it would be available. I was really annoyed because I thought preordering meant I'd for sure receive it, but now I have to wait and hope it comes back in stock. I requested a refund but I still haven't received it. I'm really unhappy about the whole situation.
Transformers Legacy Scraphook
Basically, Zavvi are offering products for "for sale" and "quick buy" DESPITE NOT having the items in stock.
When I ask why they are advertising items for sale that they do not have, they ignore the questions. I have been promised on three occasions that items listed as "in stock" that are out of stock will be taken down but they never are. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PIRATES. They are a scam company and they are obviously operating on the very fringes of legality.
If you are in the UK and you have been affected by similar problems I urge you to make a complaint to Trading Standards, you can do so with help from Citizen's Advice, who offer online forms and phone lines to make such complaints with.

Services of Zavvi
Zavvi mainly offers the possibility to order online. You can create an account to put items in your basket and have them home delivered. Via email they will let you know that your package is on its way to you. It is possible to check your order in your account. If you have any questions, you can find a small FAQ on their website.
It is possible to return an item within the first 14 days, but in order to do that you will have to contact the customer service team. The customer service can only be reached on your account. It is not possible to do so in the website itself or via telephone or email without logging in.
