They advised me to email customer service, but you know what? It's been 5 entire days and I haven't received a response. What kind of service is that? I do adore their products, but this entire experience was awful. I'm so furious, I will never purchase from them again!

There is just a lack of professionalism in all the external stuff.
For example I am continually getting spammed with emails repeating the same thing each day and it is frustrating. Also I booked a lesson for a specific time then I clicked to join but for some reason it changed the date to the following week. So I tried to rescheduling it for later that day and it wouldn’t allow me.
