    The company is really dodgy. I managed to book a hotel in the USA, and then got an email from the hotel itself saying they would happily give me a refund.     I recently got myself some Luna Mirrors and I have to say, I'm pretty chuffed with them overall. The mirrors are top quality and they give my bathroom a really sleek and modern look. The customer service was spot on too - one of the mirrors arrived damaged but they quickly replaced it the next day, no bother at all.

    The only downside is that the design of the mirrors could do with a bit of improvement at the back. They only have two screws to hold them up, so my electrician had to use double-sided tape to make sure they were secure. It made connecting the lead to the shaver socket a bit dodgy, as the mirror could move without the tape holding it in place.

    I recently bought a pair of boots from this company as a Christmas gift, but the delivery process ended up being a real nightmare. DPD, the courier service, managed to deliver the boots to the complete wrong place, despite the fact that the photos and coordinates they provided didn't match our house at all. This led to a super long and annoying situation where my husband had to get in touch with the customer service team at the company to try and fix the issue. It took a whole two months for us to eventually get a refund for the boots that never arrived.

    During this time, we were given the runaround and told that the company's policy was to wait for DPD to finish their investigation and insurance claim before giving customers their money back. It was only when we mentioned taking legal action that we finally got our refund. This whole ordeal has left me feeling really let down and frustrated, and I would definitely recommend that others steer clear of buying from this company in future.
