Divan beds for guest room
I recently bought a couple of divan beds from this company for my guest room, and I have to say I'm really impressed with the whole experience. At first, I was a bit worried about the colour of the beds because I wanted them to match the room's decor. So, I decided to give them a ring and ask for some actual samples, which they sent out quickly. Sadly, it took over a week for the samples to arrive due to a delay with Royal Mail, but that wasn't their fault.
Once I got the samples and picked the right colour, ordering the beds was a piece of cake. I liked that I could choose a delivery date that suited me, and I was happy to see that they arrived right on time. The beds are exactly as described and look fantastic in the guest room. While nobody has slept on them yet, I can say they feel nice and firm, just how I like it.Trundle bed for granddaughters
I recently purchased a trundle bed for my granddaughters from this place and I have to say, the price was fantastic! However, the delivery process was a bit tricky. I wasn't aware that in order to qualify for free delivery, you need to be available all day on weekdays. Who has the time for that, especially when you have work commitments? I ended up having to pay extra for an afternoon delivery, but even then it wasn't ideal because I work in the mornings. Eventually, I had to arrange for someone to wait at my house for the delivery. On a positive note, the communication regarding the delivery was great and the bed itself is of excellent quality!
Beds and mattresses
I bought some beds and mattresses from this company recently and I have to say, I am really happy with how everything turned out. The quality of the products is top of the line, and the mattresses are super comfy. The beds are strong and well put together, meaning I get a good night's sleep every time. I've ordered beds from this company for the second time now, and I must say, their service and delivery are absolutely top-notch. Bed frame with deluxe mattress
I bought a bed frame and what they called a deluxe mattress from this company at the end of January. The bed frame looks good, but I have to say I'm not happy with the mattress quality. Even though we paid extra for a deluxe mattress, the memory foam is really thin, and both me and my partner can feel the springs poking through after just a few months of use. Not only that, the springs are bulging at the sides, making it uncomfortable to sleep on. I wouldn't even say this mattress is as good as a cheap one you might find in a place like Argos, let alone something deluxe. If this is genuinely the best mattress they have, then I'll be looking elsewhere in the future. Turns out the saying "you get what you pay for" is true here, as I've ended up with a below-average mattress despite paying extra for the best.
Zip/lock divan with damaged drawers
I bought a zip/lock divan bed from this company not long ago, and when it arrived, I saw that two of the drawers were damaged, probably from being moved around. But when I let the customer service team know, they were really quick and sorted it out brilliantly. They said they'd send me some new drawers, which arrived the week after. I was really impressed with how quickly they dealt with the issue, and now I'm pleased with the bed I bought.

Recently, I bought a divan bed from this shop and I have to say, I am really impressed with the whole experience. From when I first started looking at their website to when the bed was delivered, everything was great. The bed I got was even better than I expected, you can tell it was made with care. Ordered 4 single, 1 King, and 2 zip and link mattresses and bases
I recently bought some really fantastic mattresses and bed bases to create a super king-sized bed, and they were delivered all the way from Wakefield to my home in Westward Ho! Devon. The delivery was surprisingly early, they said 10.00am but actually arrived at 9.45am – pretty impressive, huh?
These mattresses have 1500 pocket springs and sleeping on them feels like being on a cloud, so incredibly comfortable! The price was great and the service was exceptional as well. I will definitely be ordering from them again in the future!Damaged bed, quick email response
We ordered this bed and when it arrived, it was all smashed up and broken. I was really upset! But when I sent them an email about it, they replied super quickly every time! It didn't matter if it was 5 in the morning or 11 at night, they were always there to help. They arranged for the bed to be picked up and gave me the option of getting a new one or a refund. I chose the refund and you know what? Boom! The money was back in my account just like that. I have to admit, their customer service via email is excellent!
Spare room bed
I was looking for a bed for my spare room that wasn't too pricey but still good quality. After checking where the beds were made and if they met British standards, I decided to make a purchase online from this bed store. The communication was excellent, and when the bed arrived, it exceeded my expectations. The delivery service was also very efficient. Overall, I think I got a fantastic deal considering the quality of the bed.

I bought a bed from this company recently, and I was really impressed with their service. Single divan bed purchase
Great value for what you get, arrived when they said it would, really good quality considering the price. They even personalised it for me and it was cheaper than anywhere else! The delivery service was excellent, the guys were really nice. I'll definitely be telling my family and friends to use them too.
Prestige 5ft zip link mattress
I bought the Prestige 5ft zip link mattress from Divan Beds Centre recently, and I have to say, I was really let down by how it turned out. The mattress I received didn't look anything like the picture on the website - the material felt more like calico than Damask as it was supposed to be. On top of that, the quality didn't seem to match up with the original price, let alone the discounted price I paid. When I checked the website more closely, I realised that they were using the same close-up photo for a bunch of different mattresses, which I think is pretty sneaky and unfair to customers like me.
New bed
I recently got a new bed and I absolutely love it! The sales team was fantastic and answered all my questions about the bed. Gopal was particularly helpful! And you know what? The bed was delivered really quickly, like within a week! The delivery company they used, Panther, was also excellent.
Excellent bed with drawers
I recently got this amazing bed that can be used as either two singles or one big double bed! The team was really helpful in arranging a delivery time that suited us and it arrived on the day we chose. The only reason I didn't give it a full 5 stars is because we were missing one set of wheels and the bed link, but they sent them to us promptly.

Even though there were some delays due to the current situation, it took ages for the bed to finally arrive. But when it did, I was really disappointed with the quality of the product. The materials seemed really cheap and the workmanship was terrible. Only one drawer out of the four opened properly, with missing screws and damaged trim. One drawer was even smashed when it arrived, showing a lack of quality control at the factory. When I rang customer service to complain, they just laughed it off. In the end, it was a complete waste of money and a really disappointing experience.
Divan bases
I've never actually bought divan bases before, but I thought I'd give it a try and I couldn't believe how great they were! It was all really straightforward and the bases themselves were such good quality - I've been sleeping like a baby since I got them. And any questions I had, the staff were so helpful and efficient. I'll definitely be telling all my mates about this place!
Zip together mattress for a five-foot bed
My partner and I have just bought a zip-up mattress for our small bed, and we are really pleased with it. Being able to set the comfort level for each side has really improved our sleep. The mattress is comfy, strong, and top-quality. We are happy with the product overall.
