Standing in the kitchen, I’d already assumed express shipping would fail me. I needed the dress for a shoot and hesitated, but ordered. It arrived late, which was annoying, yet the fit and fabric were fine and returns were eventually straightforward after a bit of back-and-forth. So mixed feelings, but usable.
Not keeping it
Not worth keeping. The dress is far too sheer to wear, so I decided to return it. The online returns system kept blocking me and I couldn't reach anyone in customer service despite several attempts by phone and email. Now I'm stuck with something I won't wear. I've had smoother returns with other shops. Oddly, the colour and cut were actually right.
Silent support, decent kettle
I tried the baby formula mixer, it stopped mid-cycle and I emailed support twice with zero reply. Kept waiting, so in the end I grabbed their hot-water kettle instead — it's simple, warms up quick and seems reliable. Shame about the silence from customer service though, right now.
Wrong dress, slow fixes
a bright peach number (not the pictured colour), different lace, and a musty smell. Not what I needed with a week to go. I tried to be practical and set up a return, but the back-and-forth with customer support dragged on for days. They first offered a tiny refund ($8), then a slightly bigger partial refund if I kept the item ($18) — neither was close to the $52.80 I paid. I refused, explained I didn’t want a smelly, wrong dress, and asked for a full refund. Still no proper resolution after nearly a week. So yes, the product and service weren’t great; it’s not completely hopeless (they did reply), but it’s been slow and frustrating. If you need something reliable for an event, I’d be cautious — I still haven’t got what I paid for.
Works as promised
All in all this does exactly what it should. It dispenses the right amount of water every time and the design/materials feel solid, so I’m genuinely pleased. The interface is straightforward — you can work it out without the manual. Speaking of which, the instructions are pretty poor; they don’t even explain the main dispensing step, odd. I’ve had worse mixers from other brands, so I’m glad this one wasn’t a faff, really.
