I actually liked their products, which is why it stings. One item was missing from my order and I never got a refund. Then I sent back other items and now they say they can't refund me because I lost the post office receipt with the tracking number — annoying but my fault. Trouble is, customer service has been painfully slow and unhelpful, lots of waiting and going round in circles. Compared to other shops where returns were quick, this was a mess. Bit gutted, really. I won’t risk ordering again unless they seriously sort out their delivery and aftercare.
Furniture's fine, delivery isn't
twice scheduled, twice cancelled at the last minute with no explanation. Phone lines were useless; sometimes no answer, sometimes the person had no information. That ruined a lot of calm before the birth. For use it's fine, we use the cot every night, changing unit is handy, but the whole buying experience was frustrating enough that I won't order from them again. I spent over €2000, expected better.
Refund runaround
I bought two kids' coats for school runs last winter and had to send them back — sizing was all over the place. The initial delivery arrived fine, but the refund process has been a nightmare. That was in December 2021 and I'm still chasing a refund, two years later. At first they said a system glitch was stopping refunds (I heard that line for weeks), then somehow they pretended the return never existed. Phone lines and emails went nowhere, and the court addresses I was given turned out to be empty buildings so my letters bounced back. I even had to get Companies House involved to find a head office. It's been exhausting and a bit ridiculous for a £27 refund. Won't use them again.
Curtain hiccup, but happy in the end
Wasn't expecting to have a saga over a pair of curtains, honestly. I signed up for the newsletter for the 20% code, but when I popped it in the price actually went up — yes, up — and one item jumped by €10. With four curtains in the basket that felt like a €40 slap in the face. Customer service were a bit slow and evasive at first, saying discounts apply to full price not sale price, and that prices can fluctuate. After a couple of messages someone finally checked the order properly, apologised and issued a partial adjustment so the final cost made sense. Still odd, but my wife is chuffed and I'm glad they sorted it, eventually.
Birthday flop — wrong item and radio silence
phoned, messaged on Facebook and Instagram, sent screenshots of the order, order numbers, the lot. PayPal eventually opened a claim which at least felt like progress, but the seller kept insisting there was no second order even when I showed proof. I re-ordered, waited, waited — almost a month now and still nothing. They promised to reply by Monday, then by Wednesday, and still silence. It’s been a total faff and ruined the surprise. Small positive? PayPal, once involved, were slightly helpful. My advice: document everything and be ready to go through your bank. Honestly, I'm still annoyed — would not recommend.
Baby shower gifts
This website is an absolute nightmare to get around. The user interface is really frustrating, it's like a never-ending game of language roulette with it always switching between French and English. Whenever I try to copy and paste anything, it just won't cooperate. On top of that, it doesn't work well with registry websites, so I had to spend ages manually inputting all the baby shower guests' addresses and contact information. What a headache!

I had a terrible experience with this company. I ordered a soft chair for my son's birthday, but I received a dinosaur lampshade instead. It's been a nightmare trying to contact them - they said there was no second order when I reordered the chair. I even sent a screenshot of the order confirmation and order number through social media, but they still said there was no order. It's been almost a month and I still haven't received the product. Promised replies haven't come through, so I've had to make multiple claims through PayPal and my credit card company.

I absolutely loved the clothes I got from this store, they're really beautiful and unlike anything I've seen before. The only downside is that some of the items I wanted weren't available in the USA, which was a bit of a letdown. Nevertheless, I'll definitely be shopping here again in the future.
