2 riser recliner chairs
I have been waiting over 9 weeks for an order. I have telephoned twice to chase things up, never return a phone call. Quick to take your money, then you are left waiting forever for your goods. Would not recommend this company.
Two chairs
Appalling service. My elderly parents were charged £219.99 for insurance they didn't ask for. Trying to get her money back was a nightmare ???? it also made them overdrawn and very upset????
Rollz Motion Rolla
Absolutely terrible customer service and care for the elderly!
I purchased a Rollz Motion Rolla for my mum who has difficulty in walking. The delivery was around 3 weeks late, when it did arrive one of the brakes was faulty the the showroom said we had to send it for repair. considering it was never used and we needed the chair for my mum to take her out we were not happy The manager promised to give my mum the showroom rollz to use if it was going to take a while. After a couple of days the showroom called to say they had tightened the wires and now the brake is working. We took my mum out in it for the day and low and behold the brakes were still faulty so we had to come back home.
The manager spoke to my brother to arrange the collection as she is in Brighton with him, I assumed as we had agreed for my mum to have a loan chair they would automatically do that as she’s housebound but found out when I asked my brother they hadn’t given her a loan chair. I called the showroom asking why, a lady took my message and said the manager would call me back one week and a half passed and still no reply! So as I hadn’t heard anything i chased again during Easter as again we were unable to take my mum out! I called the Brighton showroom, left a message, no response! I called head office and again nothing so I called the Brighton showroom to speak to the manager I asked why he hadn’t provided my mum with a rollz as agreed with me who said “well I was waiting on head office” which meant not only was the chair late for delivery initially but since she’d had it and careco refused to replace a faulty chair with broken breaks we hadn’t been able to go out! I reminded the manager of our agreement the manager said I could have a loan wheelchair but I would have to take it back to their showroom, I asked why they couldn’t pickup the loan wheelchair when they delivered her wheelchair as I live in surrey which would mean over an hours drive to take the chair Back, He then said also I’ll only loan you a wheelchair that I want to give you not a rollz! I said it needs to be equivalent or she can’t use it and they are completely out of order! He said “ he wasn’t happy with my request “
In the end we were given a refund and wasted 3 months of our time, Careco have absolutely no thought for the elderly, So if you want to experience this service by a company don’t who have no care for the elderly then do use their services.Travel scooter

The manager and staff at Cheltenham branch brilliant. Sense of humour, caring informative and extremely kind Abi was a superstar as were the rest of the staff. Really impressed with the service knowledge and care
