The manager and staff at Cheltenham branch brilliant. Sense of humour, caring informative and extremely kind Abi was a superstar as were the rest of the staff. Really impressed with the service knowledge and careLeather reclining chair Engineer Andy very helpful order Number 1254432
Andy was very helpful and efficient in assembling and explained everything in a manner I-understood so any mistakes I make are down to me ,Very pleased with quality of the chair and colour

0 stars from us! Absolutely incompetent customer service. No communication between staff members. Delay tactics to refund my 85 year old Mums items that were never delivered. Preying in the aged and venerable. Terrible company. Avoid! Should be ashamed!
A grinding back wheel
My brother bought an mobility scooter and had a lot of trouble with it and your after sales services are absolutely disgraceful the way you have been treating my brother ive never been so heartbroken you have left him hanging on for hours and days because he cant us it and waiting for the engineer to come and fix the problem and i wouldn't ever recommend you at all you call your place careco you just don't care at all its bad enough my brother been housebound and my feedback wont help will it so i hope you can get this sorted asap and dont leave him waiting any longer he will want a replacement or his money back as he is entitled to and hope he hears from you asap and im alan Taylor who has sent this i was so disappointed in your company
2 riser recliner chairs
I have been waiting over 9 weeks for an order. I have telephoned twice to chase things up, never return a phone call. Quick to take your money, then you are left waiting forever for your goods. Would not recommend this company.
Two chairs
Appalling service. My elderly parents were charged £219.99 for insurance they didn't ask for. Trying to get her money back was a nightmare ???? it also made them overdrawn and very upset????
