    Helen aqua shield bath lift purchase

    I recently bought the Helen aqua shield bath lift from CareCo, but unfortunately, it wasn't quite right for me. It was too big for my bathroom and didn't give me the relaxing bath experience I was looking for. Also, I found that the hand unit needed recharging after every use, which was a bit of a hassle as it would lose charge quickly.

    However, I was really impressed with the customer service I received from CareCo, especially from Mathew. He was quick to respond to my issues and worked hard to find a solution that worked for me. I was pleased with the goodwill gesture from the company, which made me feel happy with the end result.

    Even though the product didn't meet my expectations, I would still recommend CareCo for their great service and care towards their customers.

    Bath lift purchase

    I recently bought a bath lift from the Sheffield branch, our usual spot for mobility stuff. The shop is big and has loads of things to choose from, which made it easy for us to pick the right one. Chloe, one of the staff members, showed us how the different bath lifts work and answered all our questions. Her help really helped us choose the best one for our needs, something you can't really do just by looking at a catalogue. We were really impressed with the service we got at the branch and felt happy with our purchase.

    The bath lift arrived super quick, just 26 hours after we ordered it. The fast delivery totally surprised us and made the whole buying experience even better. Overall, we're really happy with our purchase and the service we got at the store.

    Electric wheelchair

    I popped into the shop looking to buy a new electric wheelchair. Normally, I've had a great time browsing without any pressure from the staff. But this time, things went downhill. Even after saying no to help from the salespeople a few times, they insisted on sticking around for safety reasons while we tested wheelchairs with brakes. It made us feel uneasy and pushed us, as we're perfectly capable of handling the wheelchairs by ourselves. It's disappointing that the store's policy seems to have changed, as it could put off customers who like to take their time and not have someone constantly watching over them. This experience has left me feeling unhappy, and I might have to search for my wheelchair elsewhere in the future.

    My visit to the Tunstall shop was outstanding. The salesperson, Brad, really knew his stuff and he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, without making me feel like I had to buy something. He paid attention to what I needed, and helped me choose the perfect mobility scooter. I never felt rushed, and he made sure I was well looked after the whole time. I'm really happy with my purchase and I definitely recommend CareCo to anyone looking for mobility aids. If you go to the Tunstall shop, ask for Brad - you won't be disappointed with the service he provides.

    During my trip to the store, I was on the hunt for a 4 wheel rollator that could cater to my mobility requirements. The team there, particularly Caroline, were so helpful and really knew their stuff. Caroline walked me through different rollators, let me try them out outdoors, and showed me how to fold and adjust the height.     I popped into a mobility shop the other day to buy a wheelchair, and honestly, I was really impressed with how everything went. The showroom was big and had loads of different products in stock.     I bought a mobility scooter from this company not long ago and ran into some problems with their returns policy. But when I mentioned my worries, I was really pleased by how fast and helpful customer services were in sorting things out. They really got where I was coming from about the difficulties disabled people can face, and they took action straight away to fix things.     Indoor/pavement accessible chair purchase

    The range of products in that shop was absolutely brilliant. I mean, you name it, they had it. And can I just say, the staff there, especially Lisa Hall, were superb. She was so friendly and not at all pushy, just there to help us out and answer any questions we had. In the end, my dad went for a new indoor and pavement ready chair, which is not only super practical but looks great too. We're chuffed with our buy and had a top-notch shopping trip in that store.     Recliner chair delivery

    I had a lovely new reclining chair delivered and put together by the CareCo team not too long ago. Jon and Dan, the delivery chaps, were really efficient and professional the whole time. They had the chair up and running in no time and even showed me how to use it properly. They were polite and tidy, didn't leave any mess. All in all, they did a cracking good job and I'm really happy with the service I got.

    Long reach grabbers and other small incidental items

    The team at the shop were really helpful, but I do wish they had more smaller things like long reach grabbers available. It would make things much easier for us customers, and might even encourage more sales if people pop in to browse bigger items like chairs.

    Faulty item replacement

    I bought something from this company and it came with a fault, which was a bit annoying. But their customer service team were really fast in getting back to me and they sorted out sending a replacement straight away. They're going to collect the faulty item next week. Caitlin from customer service was amazing in dealing with everything, she gave really great service. All in all, I'm really impressed with how well they looked after me as a customer.

    Valour mobility scooter

    I popped down to CareCo in Nottingham on the 2nd of June and had a lovely chat with this lady named Caroline. She was absolutely lovely and really clued me in on all the different scooters they had in stock. What I really appreciated was that she didn't push me to buy the most expensive one available. In the end, I decided to go for a scooter and it arrived on the 5th of June. I couldn't be happier with my choice!

    Our trip to the store was brilliant. The staff really helped us out and took the time to walk us through all the different choices. They didn't rush us into making a decision, which was a relief. My wife got to test out a few scooters to see what worked best for her. The staff knew their stuff and really paid attention to what my wife needed. And when we finally settled on one, ordering was easy peasy and they said it would be at our door in 3 days.
