Paid for a membership
I signed up and paid for a membership, but when I tried to cancel it, the website wasn't working. Now the company isn't responding to help me cancel and sort out any payments. It's such a hassle and feels like a total scam!
Free trial scam
This place is an absolute rip-off! I thought I could just cancel the free trial easily if I didn't like it, but I was so wrong. They made it really hard to cancel and then had the cheek to send me legal letters in the post. It's a well-known scam, specifically aimed at UK daters, trying to scare them into paying. Don't be fooled, they have no power in a UK court. Just ignore these clowns.
1 Month Premium Subscription
I recently signed up for the 1-month premium subscription and was really disappointed with the whole experience. As soon as I got on the platform, I clocked that there were loads of fake profiles knocking about, so I decided to cancel my subscription sharpish. But let me tell you, cancelling was an absolute nightmare. I had to go to the homepage, track down the cancellation button in the footer, and then fill out a form asking for all sorts of info I didn't think was necessary. It proper wound me up having to go through all that hassle just to cancel something I didn't want anymore.
After I sent off the cancellation request, I got an email saying it would take them 5 days to confirm it. I had to chase them up with another email to try and speed things along, and I only got confirmation this morning. My advice to anyone thinking about signing up is to be ready for a right faff if you ever want to cancel.Premium service disappointment
I was quite looking forward to giving the premium service a go, but I must admit I was a tad let down. The amount of people using it was pretty low, which was a shame. I ended up cancelling and filled out the form on the website. Hopefully, they sort it out quickly. I might consider returning if they manage to attract more members and enhance their service.
Subscription nightmare
I signed up for a subscription back in December, but turns out the company kept charging me for the next 7 months even though I had already cancelled. I tried to sort it out several times, but in the end, I had to get my bank involved to stop the charges. And now, to top it all off, I'm being chased by a legal firm for a hefty amount of money. This whole thing has been an absolute nightmare.
Joined free trial, ended up paying fees
I signed up for the free trial thinking I was being clever, but it actually ended up costing me loads of money. I felt like I was being ripped off with high prices and not many choices. Trying to cancel my membership was a nightmare, it was so difficult. I contacted customer service a bunch of times, but they weren't helpful at all. After reading some other reviews, I decided I wanted nothing to do with this company anymore.
Subscription cancellation struggle
This company has made it really difficult for me to cancel my subscription and close my account. I've tried a bunch of times to reach out through their website and email, but I haven't heard anything back until now when they sent me a letter asking for payment in a different currency. I've shown them proof that I've asked to cancel, but they don't seem to be paying attention or they're just ignoring me. It's so annoying how they're not being clear and upfront with me, and I can't help feeling like they're being unfair to me as a customer.

This company is just terrible, to be honest. They send loads of spam emails with dodgy links and fill your computer with rubbish. I wouldn't give them my personal info for any amount of money.

As someone who has used this online dating service, I have to say I was really disappointed with my experience. There are loads of fake profiles on the platform, which makes it really hard to connect with real people. On top of that, trying to cancel my subscription was a nightmare, and the customer service was no help at all. I had to go to extreme lengths, like cancelling my bank card and threatening legal action, just to get them to stop charging me. It's obvious that this company doesn't care about their customers or doing business ethically. In my view, they're just a bunch of thieves, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this service.
Paid membership auto-rolled
I thought the service was free for women, but I ended up being automatically signed up for a paid premium membership without being asked for any payment details. I deactivated my account thinking it was deleted, but later discovered that the site is only free for women who just signed up. This lack of consistency and transparency is really frustrating and confusing. Plus, there aren't many reviews from a woman's point of view, which makes me wonder if the information provided is trustworthy.
Subscription scam experience
As someone who got caught up in a dodgy subscription scam, I just have to tell you about what happened to me so you don't fall for it too. It was a nightmare - couldn't cancel my subscription online, ended up being charged over and over again. And then when I tried to put a stop to it, I got these scary letters from lawyers trying to scare me into paying up or else face legal trouble. It's clear as day that this company is all about tricking and pressuring people.

What a nightmare! I tried to cancel my subscription, but I still got charged. When I stopped the payments, they threatened legal action over a tiny amount. I've given them proof that I cancelled and asked for a refund numerous times.
Rip-off scam
This is such a rip-off! I got charged for something I never even used. I tried to cancel because my son accidentally opened the profile, but they still insisted on payment. You know what, I was hoping this site would be fun to meet new people, but it's been a nightmare. I joined for a month and now I just want to cancel, but it's such a hassle. It's frustrating, why can't it be simpler to leave this site?

Total scamming fraudsters who exsist solely to extort money from people under the pretence of providing a dating service which they are not able to offer as their site is fake as are all the profiles on there. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM BECAUSE YOU WILL HAVE YOUR FUNDS STOLEN BY THEM!
