Garden Furniture
No sign of my order nor any response from the seller. I order a garden furniture costing over £1k at the end of July which is supposed to be delivered within 10 working days. When the delivery period has lapsed I contacted them and try to understand what’s going on. They didn’t reply to me until after 5 days just to tell me that they are short of staff and will update me asap. But then no update at all and never heard from them since. There’s no contact number to phone them only their social media accounts and email. I have been messaging and emailing them for the last 2 weeks and yet no response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
