I actually spotted this on a mate's Instagram and thought meh, but tried it anyway — and the moment I used it after a slow delivery I knew it was worth it. It’s not perfect, honestly a bit thin and the scent took a couple of uses to grow on me, but it moisturised properly and stuck around. I’ve told a few friends, and even with the delay and small issues I’m really happy I gave it a proper go.
Mostly pleased
Overall, I'm pretty happy with most of the stuff — it genuinely made my skin calmer over the past year. I use the Wine Down serum in the evenings after a shower and the Three Milk Night cream as part of my weekly wind-down; those two are my favourites. I've tested a lot from the range and only really avoid the mica ones (just me). Customer service is helpful, ordering's straightforward and it's reassuring to buy from a brand that's animal-friendly. Small niggles but mostly solid.
Surprised by the feel
I first spotted these at a mate's house — she shoved a Fluffy Bunny hand cream into my bag and told me to try it. I've been using the shea butter and milk lotions ever since. They smell nice but, more importantly, they absorb properly; not greasy at all, just light and moisturising, which I appreciate after a shower. I once had an order go missing and customer support sorted it straight away, re-sent the parcel by FedEx the next day. Pretty pleased, honestly, and will buy again.
Quick delivery, lovely service
some of their ads that show animals in bad condition made me pause, that’s a bit much for me; I prefer the cheerful rescue stories. Still, overall happy to keep buying because the products work and the service is spot on.
