I somehow ended up with two accounts, one as a guest and one registered, which confused the order history. It was sorted, no drama, but it added to the initial muddle. The real sticking point was delivery. It wasn’t urgent in the life-or-death sense, but for anyone in pain it felt urgent, and the slower-than-advertised delivery was annoying. That said, when I reached out to customer service they were calm, understanding and really practical about it. They explained what had gone wrong with dispatch, gave me a goodwill voucher and even mentioned a lifetime guarantee on the product, which I hadn’t expected and appreciated. That turned my irritation down a notch — I felt listened to rather than fobbed off. I do buy locally now more often, not because their stuff isn’t good, but because of cost and the hassle of meeting delivery thresholds on a tight budget. Practical reasons, not a knock on quality. Overall I like the brand, their range is decent and they seem to care about customers. If you’re looking for supplements for a specific condition, it’s worth a look — just be aware the delivery might not be lightning-fast and factor in the cost if you’re buying regularly.
