I first spotted this on a friend's Instagram and, weirdly, stuck with it even after the CBD didn't help my dog. The proper relief came when I rang my bank's customer service and a real person sorted the unexpected recurring charges — that was the moment I felt relieved and actually satisfied. I told a mate about that fix; saved me a headache, honest.
Does the job, support doesn't
I first knew it worked when my dog actually stopped pacing after the second day — proper relief, which was a relief for me too. Product works, simple as that. But getting any reply from support has been a pain; I asked to move the shipping date and heard nothing. If you need quick updates, think twice or buy where tracking is clear.
Quiet at last
shaking, pacing and hiding under the sofa. They smelt odd and portions were small, but they did the trick. I wasn’t expecting miracles but this calmed him down nicely. Worth trying if your pet hates fireworks; I’d buy again, and maybe pick a bigger pack next time, and save a bit on the price.
Patchy management
Not great for my dog, and the website was more annoying. I tried Hip & Joint CBD on my older Labrador a few weeks back; first impression was a nice bottle and hopeful vibes, but no real improvement. Then I discovered you can't cancel autoship or update payment on the site — they charge, say it's "packaging" and too late. Product not terrible, just ineffective here, and the account stuff is a faff.
