I was on a late train when I first tried this. I’d heard it mentioned and bought a pot out of curiosity, then mixed a sachet. The mixed berry flavour is the standout — not cloying and not fake, which matters when you’re sipping it over a long flight or between meetings. I travel a lot for work and use it after a long run at the weekend. It makes me feel less sluggish on arrival, so I’ll keep one in my bag.
Keeping them for now
I'll definitely keep taking these — they actually help. I started because of dreadful hot flushes and now use them daily for a bit more get-up-and-go; surprise, they seem to ease the heat and perk me up. The company answered my daft questions properly (not like some other brands I've tried), the tablets taste alright, and delivery was fine, nothing fancy. Early days, but pleased so far, really.
Relief at last
Been using this in my morning routine for over a year, so I was a bit thrown when one packet had tablets that left a weird film floating. I messaged customer service, and to my surprise they replied the same day, asked for a photo and sent a replacement straight away. The replacement worked perfectly, no residue — just how I like it in my tea and smoothie. That's the moment I knew I was genuinely satisfied. Small hiccup, sorted quickly, and I'm quite impressed.
Morning fix, not magic
a quick rehydration after a night out, or just to pep up a slow afternoon. The caffeinated option actually works when I need a proper nudge. I like that it’s a British brand trying hard, and they've added more flavours since I started. Not perfect, but overall I’m pleased — sceptical at first, then gradually convinced. I'll probably keep buying it.
