I was halfway through my morning porridge when I realised how much I rely on this stuff — not dramatic, but it calms my tense shoulders and helps me sleep a touch better. I’d started using the oil because my back had been niggling for months (moved house, all the lifting, you know the drill) and I didn’t want to lean straight on stronger painkillers. The texture under the tongue is smooth, the flavour is mild (a bit herbal), and I do notice a subtle easing that makes evenings more bearable. I’ve been buying from them for over a year now, so that tells you something — mostly a reliable product that fits into my routine.
That said, their communication has been patchy. At one point they switched to DHL and I sent a message saying I wasn’t keen — no reply. I also took part in a promotion that promised a £20 credit for purchases made on a certain day; I bought within the window, saved the promo email and screenshot, messaged via the contact form, emailed help directly — crickets. It’s annoying because they take payment without a hitch, but then go quiet when questions pop up.
On the bright side, they did eventually phone me, left a voicemail apologising, and confirmed the credit would be refunded to my card. That felt like someone actually cared, even if it took ages. So, product-wise I’m happy enough and will probably buy again, but customer service needs sorting — quicker replies, please.
