I placed an order at the start of December, paid for everything, and only part of the package turned up. The vitamins? Still missing as I write this in mid‑March. I did get an honest phone call from a guy called Robert who said an ingredient was out of stock and the batch had been returned to the supplier — that was a surprise, I appreciated that touch — but after that it went quiet. Multiple emails and calls followed from my side, and the charging never changed. Because I never received them I can't say how they would have felt or whether they'd have made any difference; a shame, as I've used their products for years and used to trust the process. Other companies have sorted these issues quickly for me before, so this dragged‑out silence felt worse. Looking at recent reviews, it seems I'm not alone. I wanted a straightforward replacement or refund; instead I got waiting and little explanation, and it's disappointing really.
The vitamins that never turned up
I ordered a handful of things on 1 December and planned to start the new routine straight away. The rest of the parcel arrived mid‑December, but the vitamins were absent. I got emails on a few dates and a call from Robert saying an ingredient was missing and the batch had been sent back, they'd dispatch mine when the new shipment came in. Sounded reasonable. Months passed. I kept checking, phoning, writing. First reply was around 11 December. After that, silence. It’s now well into March and still no tablets. I’d imagined popping the little tubs each morning, feeling a tiny boost — that never happened. What I did get was irritation and a hole in my cupboard where a bottle should be. I’ve ordered from them for years, so this felt odd and a bit sad. The whole thing dragged on and the communication was flaky. Not what I expected from a brand I trusted, sadly. I still hope they sort it out soon, properly.
