shipping and packing were brilliant. The replacement battery is heavy (around 3.5 kg), yet postage was cheap considering the weight and distance. It turned up wrapped like a small fortress — bubble wrap, box inside a box, paper tape stamped “TAMPER-PROOF”. Opening it was a minor battle but I appreciated the care. Felt proper reassured seeing it all so well protected, you know?
