Standing at the kerb one damp morning, I wondered if I'd made the right call. I needed a home charger because my commute is long and public chargers were a pain, and I’ve had dodgy installers before, so I was sceptical. The purchase went through Costco, who sub-contracted Go Zero. Ordering felt clumsy from the off. They kept asking for photos and videos, then nothing for ages. It dragged on. I paid in January and the unit only worked at the end of May 2025. That was frustrating. I complained to Costco. Then after installation there was a hiccup with the charger last week. I emailed and next day Go Zero called. Simon turned up within a few days and sorted it. He was professional. So my mood shifted. I’m still annoyed about the delays. But credit where it's due — their aftercare was good and fixed my doubts. Would I use them again? Maybe, with caveats.
