I ordered these on a whim for a mate’s wedding because my parting’s getting thin and I didn’t fancy spending a fortune at the salon. I was really sceptical after reading a few horror stories about matting — I pictured a matted mess within an hour — and almost cancelled. In the end they weren’t magic, but they did what I needed. With a light leave-in, careful brushing and a silk scarf at night they survived the weekend and actually looked natural. They did tangle a bit at the ends, and you’ve got to baby them, but delivery was quick and the seller replied when I asked a question. Glad I gave them a go.
Quick delivery, decent support
I first spotted these extensions on a friend's Instagram story and she was raving, so I ordered. I bought similar sets from them about ten years ago, so I thought I'd try again for a weekend event. The delivery was impressively quick — really quick — which took a lot of stress away. Customer service answered a query the same day and were straight to the point. The colour matching was a bit rushed this time and I'm not 100% sure the shade blends perfectly, but it works for the event. Hair quality feels familiar and solid. Not flawless, but reliable. I’d recommend them if you need something that arrives fast and with decent support.
Bathroom experiment gone right
I was faffing about in front of the mirror, half-convinced I'd bought fake-looking hair, when I clipped these in and… well, surprise. Before buying I kept thinking they'd be heavy or sit oddly, but that worry melted away straight away. First use was on a slow Saturday morning, coffee in hand, and the bits were so light I actually forgot they were there for ages — then remembered and checked twice. The colour blended in nicer than I dared hope, not shouty at all, and the texture matched my hair enough to stop me poking at it constantly. Installation took minutes, no drama, and they felt secure. I’m pleasantly smug, a bit relieved and oddly proud of this little upgrade.
Kitchen indecision turned into a hair saga
a bit stiff, a bit wiry. I gave them a gentle wash, used a low heat, the usual faff. Installing was fiddly — heavier than I expected and the ends didn't behave when I tried to curl them. For a while I thought I'd wasted my money and probably should have just stuck to hats. Then I did what any impatient person does: trimmed a few shabby ends, used a leave-in, wrestled them into place, and slowly they stopped looking like something from a hayloft. They're not salon-perfect and they tangle if I forget to brush, but for my daily video calls and the odd meetup they do the trick. So, initial doubts mostly gone, though I had to work at it. Bit of effort, decent result — not flawless, but I’m happier than I expected.
Solid everyday wig, with a couple of small niggles
the brown is slightly different to the picture and on blustery days I found myself tucking it more than I’d like. I’ve tried quite a few wigs during my chemo period, so I’m picky — other brands have had worse fits or felt too hot. Price feels fair for what you get, and the service was straightforward. I’d buy again, just with a bit more attention to shade and fit next time.
Not great, lovely hair though
the product is good, but the getting-to-good is clunky. I tried to sort it via email, said I wanted to return them within the 30 days — sent photos when they asked — but then the returns turn into a bit of a paperwork circus. They told me they’d emailed labels. Sometimes they sent the wrong ones. For order one they said the label was sent; it wasn’t. For order two still nothing. For order three, I got two labels. So I’m left scratching my head with over £300 worth of hair I can’t properly swap for the right colour.
I’d hoped a quick chat or phone number would sort it but there’s no phone to call. Small things like that matter. Emotionally I’m torn: I love the idea of finally having thicker hair, and I do like the extensions when they match, but the back-and-forth and confusion has worn me down. Might try again if returns were simpler and someone actually answers properly.
