Thank you my son said that I had an excellent choice of mens fragrance for him.
Today Thursday 9th September my self my daughter and her boyfriend were on a mission to get my son her brother some fragrance for his Birthday.
None of us had a clue, but with your sales advisor experience knowledge and patience we choose an issey miyake male fragrance 50 ml. I thought how friendly, poliet, patient, and kind Ann the sales advisor was.
We did go away and visit Boots to look at Dior as was told you did not do this brand, but the sales advisor was so unhelpful and was more interested in talking to a colleague then helping us.
So we went back and got the Male Issey Miyake Fragrance. When we gave it to him he was over the moon and extremely impressed by the choice we made and said the smell was right up his street.
I just want to say "Thank you" to Ann as with out her help I could of brought a totally random fragrance which would of never got uses.
Keep up the good work and I will be back at Christmas to get some fragrance for my husband and I am sure you will be a super star again in assisting me.

I recently visited the Maidenhead store to return some scissors which I did not find very effective. I had no receipt and I thought I may have a battle on my hands. But this was not the case, I was instantly offered my money back and given an apology. Rarely have received such excellent customer service and to me this is a very important quality for any business. The store assistant was called Rosie, she was very professional and respectful. So thank you Superdrug!

Being a woman with sensitive skin is a big trouble, I used so many products, but the results are always same. accidentally, I visited this website one day and I ordered few things just for checking, I got my parcel after 2 days with a properly sealed package. well, currently I am almost using every single product from this website. it's really good for my skin and to my pocket as well:)
Somewhat delayed but wanted to thank Nita & Christina - Enfield for their excellent customer service when I visited the store on the 6/6/19 - on the day could not have been more helpful in assisting me to support my positive outcomes and purchases - thank you and sorry for the delay!!
Since my post I have been contacted several times by Superdrug. They have apologised and refunded my postage and have intimated their intention of looking at their website with regard to their postage options. They have now restored my confidence in their company.
Maybelline foundation lipstick and highlighter
Melissa served me today in the Peterlee branch , was looking for a new lipstick for my first day back at work as iv been on furlough for months, getting excited to go back, well I am now as Melissa helped me with foundation highlighter AND lipstick she was very helpful and made me feel at ease as she explained everything and it was 3for2 on maybelline so bonus. Absolutely abysmal - I was charged twice due to an error on your server, with two amounts coming out of my account on the 1st of March and its now the 27th of March and I have still not got my money back.. .one transaction is still pending. First I was told 3 days, then I was told 7 days.... then I was told wait another few days. Then I was told the IT team is investigating it and they'd be in touch in 10 days at the latest... 11 days later I message them and they said they still haven't heard back from them. Then they say they've cancelled the pending duplicate transaction and it should be back in my account.. still nothing.
I've been in touch with my bank and all they want is confirmation of the amount and date of the transaction and that you will not be processing it so they can release the hold earlier and I have asked for this on numerous occasions yet every. single. person. I have dealt with has been too ... to do their job!
At first I was going to let this slide and put it down to a glitch and not write a review but given the fact that NOT A SINGLE PERSON has been able to sort this I am writing this.

Very positive. I went to Superdrug White lion retail in Dunstable. I wanted make up including eye liner and mascara. I met an assistant Jamie who helped me. He knew the products and he was so pleasant and helpful. I ended up buying mote products because of his excellent customer service. I am very pleased with my purchases ????????????????????????

Negative I placed an online order for £24 which was charged to my card at the same time I was charged £16.99 for I have no idea what. I contacted them on chat and Facebook chat was offered 400 points but told just wait 3-5 days for the money to drop back into your account I said I hadn’t authorised the £16.99 and they weren’t bothered just kept saying wait

We shielded for over two years and I have been ordering from superdrug online for the whole time and I still do as it makes me feel safe I have been trying to buy superdrug ... binder tablets and wellwoman 50 plus tablets online but still no joy I have spoken to superdrug but it did not solve the issue and I am a carer for two people and no one can drive in our house for medical reasons and we do not have any family support nearby to help us
Deodorant and toothpaste
I received a package from Superdrug dated 19/05/2021.
On opening the package I found that one of the deodorants had leaked all over the other products. I top to the deodorant did not seem to be on properly. I have complained through Messenger, but have not got very far. They keep saying they would like to resolve it, but keep asking for more information. I have given all the information and included photographs. I think the delaying tactic is so I give up and forget about it. Superdrug think that different rules and laws apply to them.

Terrible website. Put everything in my basket, wasting my time as you have to wait until you get to payment page to find that its actually all out of stock! Frustrating and a waste of my time. I won't be using superdug online again.
Never again!
I have little baby at home so I had to do online shopping for my sister birthday in this Saturday. I make order on last Friday should and they send me email thay will come on next Tuesday! After 11 days ! The refund will be in 3-5 days when the warehouse will confirm that they didn't send the parcel so another few days. So I stay with out gift and money to buy new one !!! The excuse is covid and Christmas but I ordered in the same time from boots and I get my delivery yesterday so after 4 days !

I have given 1 star as if I had any choice would be zero.
Their customer service is absolutely diabolical my delivery did not turn up and was 2 days late after trying to get through to their only contact option which was the live chat I was advised that they had rang Hermes and my parcel would be with me that evening between 5 and 7 it didn't turn up so the next day I had to wait for a live chat to be free and was advised that the information that I was given was incorrect and should be with me that day I was offered 100 points compensation a pound an insult after spending around 3 hours on live chat, over 8 days . After 9 live chats been cut off twice in mid conversation as the advisers couldnt be bothered dealing with my issue been told sarcasticly that they wouldn't want to add to my whoes any more no replys from email to customer service the 100 points that I had been offered as compensation a lousy £1 took me 8 times of chatting on their live chat to eventually get it added then my delivery came 1 item was damaged and got a partial refund I gave up I had spent over a week, hours on live chat, no answer on email and been cut off twice due to the staff not been arsed to even deal with my problem. I have manuscripts of false promises, and all of this and it still didn't get resolved I am now never going to shop with them again they do not value my custom and are the worse company I have either dealt with, problem after problem I would avoid at all costs as if there is a problem you will get no where and really really frustrated and stressed in trying to sort it out and it will never be resolved. Zero stars if I could.Never again
Is not possible to pay for next day delivery,and simply not receive my items.They send me a email saying that i will receive my items between 12-14pm...at 13 they “refresh” information..saying that i will receive my items between 14-16pm...NOTHING!!! Definitely negative. I paid for Next Day Delivery on this item rather than wait the 2 to 3 days for Standard Delivery. I ordered my item well before 8.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 15th October 2020. It is now 3.00 p..m. on Friday, 17th October (55 hours after I
placed my order) and still no sign of it. Apparently it's due to be delivered between 3.00 p.m. and 5.00 p.m. today. How is that NEXT DAY DELIVERY? The order acknowledgement I received said it would be delivered by 6.00.pm. on Friday. On their website it gives an example, i.e. items for next day delivery placed after 4. 00 p.m. on a Monday will be delivered on a Tuesday, which is why placing my order before 8 in the morning I expected my item the following day - as you would for Next Day - I at least understand the meaning of the words and the order of the days of the week.
