I first spotted this brand when a workmate wore it and I liked the colour, so I ordered the Kiki Latte. After a few wears the band split in two places and I ended up sewing them back together. I emailed customer service thinking they'd be apologetic or offer a fix, but the reply was a short, factual note saying they haven't had other complaints and couldn't suggest a size change; no apology, no offer to replace. That was frustrating, felt a bit dismissive. On the bright side, the fabric and fit were otherwise fine, and I could mend it myself without too much hassle, so it wasn't a disaster. I'm a bit grateful it wasn't worse and the item still gets worn, but I'd expect a bit more engagement when you raise quality issues. If you're thinking of buying, the product is decent; don't expect much from support.
Overpriced and underwhelming

The thong arrived looking different to the listing and felt like a budget high-street piece — think Primark rather than something pricey. It was labelled small but fit more like a UK 12, so sizing seemed off. The bra was soft and the cups matched the size, so that’s fine, but it doesn’t sit right on the body. The band was too loose even though I followed the sizing guide, the cups went a bit cone-shaped and there was too much fabric across them so nothing lies flat. I wouldn’t feel comfortable wearing it out, which is annoying because I wanted it to be nicer. If you’re on the fence, shop somewhere cheaper or double-check measurements first.
