tracking showed odd entries, a weird signature and a RECON note, phone calls that didn’t quite resolve anything, and in the end the parcel was returned to sender. Alpha Mart refunded the full amount quickly, which was a relief. I never actually put it up yet, so I can only go by the photos and what I imagine — the frame looked beefy, the panels thick, and I’m pretty sure it would feel solid once assembled (I was wondering how the bolts would line up and whether you’d need an extra pair of hands). Not flawless — carrier communication let it down — but Alpha Mart’s team were calm, helpful and honest. We’ve since got HOA clearance, so if we order again I won’t hesitate.
