    I have been online shopping for years, way before the pandemic. The staff at Sprowston Norwich click and collect are wonderful, they are chirpy, welcoming, always give 100% and great service. I very rarely receive substitutes but when I do they are almost always suitable. If they are not, it's not the end of the world.. I just pop in to see if there is something else available, because remember the staff can only pick what is available on the day. If the substitute is not suitable, just hand it back and they refund it within 48hrs. The price for click and collect is extremely reasonable especially for me who hates spending my time doing the weekly shop! I was really pleased when they expanded the collection points from 1 to 3 so more shoppers can load simultaneously. A tip for other shoppers who are less than pleased and quick to complain- try using the notes when selecting your items, you can ask for longest dates on things, specify a substitute you'd like in case of unavailability and even specify if you'd like green or yellow bananas!

    Positive:
    As we are in isolation we have decided to get everything delivered to the house. I was personally interested to see the whole experience.
    I have received everything I ordered. As they didn’t have avocados they substituted it with more toilet papers and nicer bottle of wine which I am overly ok with.

    Negative:
    We have received all groceries in 12 plastic bags which was a massive disappointment. I mean really?? 12 bags that I cannot recycle? I thought Tesco is trying to be better than Amazon in grocery deliveries - if that’s so this is definitely something they need to work on. Honestly this really put me off and because of this I don’t think I will be shopping with Tesco again. Next time we are going to try Aldi and Amazon again.

    Hi we bought a frozen turkey from Dorchester Dorset store and we fill it was really rubbish boney with little meat ruined our Christmas dinner could not go anywhere because of the COVID-19 us being high risk as told by doctors a good response would be nice.

    I bought some water bottles from Tesco Groceries and I find the flip top lid quite annoying because it spills sometimes. I think it would be better if they had screw tops instead, especially for families with kids. Apart from that, I am happy with how quickly my orders are delivered. However, I have had some issues with the freshness of certain items like fruits, veggies, and other perishables. It's frustrating to get stuff that's already gone off or will expire soon after delivery.

    Tesco Groceries Purchase

    I've just bought a few bits from Tesco Groceries and, to be honest, I wasn't overly happy with what I got. The Gouda and Edam Crispies were a bit of a let-down - they didn't taste quite as cheesy as I expected and they were really hard to bite into. The texture wasn't great either; it felt a bit greasy in the mouth. I reckon they should think about changing the recipe to make it more appealing to customers.

    I had a bit of a bad time at the grocery store recently, which really got on my nerves. I had got some coupons through the post and thought I'd pop into the store to use them. But, when I tried to use them, the cashier wouldn't accept them because the product I wanted to buy was a bit cheaper than the value of the coupons. I tried to explain that the coupons were legit and followed all the rules, but the cashier just wouldn't budge. I asked to speak to the manager, but they never turned up after waiting for ages. The whole lack of customer service and not respecting valid coupons really left me feeling pretty disappointed.

    Online grocery shopping experience

    I recently had a really disappointing time with a grocery delivery from this company. Basically, I ordered stuff and they messed up big time - some things were missing and when I tried to sort it out with customer service, they were all over the place. It was a right pain and left me feeling annoyed and let down by the whole thing. After this, I don't think I'll be bothering with their online shop again.

    I popped over to the self-checkout and noticed a lady with a little one trying to bag up her shopping but she was having a bit of a tough time. The staff were just stood around having a chat and pointing, not bothering to offer any assistance. It was pretty rude, to be honest! But on a better note, the chap at the travel money counter was really friendly and helpful. Tesco really needs to get their act together!

    Tesco finest white rolls

    I bought these on my last order and I can honestly say they are the worst bread rolls I have ever had. They are like eating raw dough. I normally find Tesco finest to be really good quality but these have let it down. I would like to say that I have been having deliveries from you for many years now and have found all of the delivery drivers to be wonderful and a credit to the company.

    I now use the click and collect service due to the virus. I had not needed this service prior to the virus. I just have to say that it was the best thing I have done. An excellent service but I wanted to say how lovely the young staff at these pickup points behave. They are kind and respectful, which is so nice.

    If Tesco had same day and fast delivery life would be just so much easier, I have an extremely difficult schedule. Tesco's delivery is not good at the moment.

    Quick and efficient online grocery order

    I was so angry with the service I got from my online grocery order today. I placed my order first thing in the morning, expecting it to arrive between 9am and 10am. But by 1.30pm, I was still waiting for my stuff to turn up. When I finally got in touch with customer service for an update, they told me there were some "technical issues." Not exactly what you want to hear when you're feeling hungry and under the weather.

    I recently ordered some groceries from this store and, overall, it was pretty good. However, there were a couple of things that didn't sit right with me. Firstly, I was a bit disappointed that I could only get packs of 5 jam doughnuts when I only wanted 1 or 2. This meant I had to throw away 3 doughnuts because I live alone and couldn't eat them all in time. It would be really helpful if they offered smaller quantities for things like this to reduce waste. Also, I noticed that the packs of 2 lettuces were close to their sell-by date, which isn't ideal for someone like me who only needs one lettuce. This kind of unnecessary packaging and forced buying in bulk only adds to the food waste problem we have in the country, where 40% of food ends up in landfill. It would be great if the store could be more flexible with quantities for certain items to tackle this issue.

    Quick Grocery Order

    Whenever I order my groceries online for delivery, I keep getting items that are about to go off, especially the meat. The website says there'll be at least 5 days until they expire, but that's never true. It's really annoying that a major supermarket can't even follow their own rules properly and is putting us customers in danger.

    My experience with Tesco Groceries was not great. Ordering was a bit of a hassle and took up more time than I anticipated. It wasn’t very user-friendly and I kept running into problems. The service I got wasn’t that great either - the staff weren’t very interested in helping me out when I needed it. In terms of pricing, Tesco Groceries was a bit on the expensive side compared to other places. I felt like I was paying more for a service that wasn’t up to scratch. And to top it off, the delivery took longer than I was told, which was really annoying. All in all, my experience with Tesco Groceries left a lot to be desired, and I don't think I'll be giving them another go in the future.

    Tuna and Sweetcorn Pasta meal deal

    I'm a frequent customer who orders groceries from your site and I recently bought the Tuna and Sweetcorn Pasta meal deal. To my disappointment, when I received my order, I found that it didn't come with a spoon or fork, which made it tricky to eat.     Delivery cages cluttering aisles

    There's been a real problem lately with all these delivery cages clogging up the aisles in the supermarket. It's making it really difficult for my wife, who has dementia, especially with the baskets in the centre aisle already causing her issues. The situation is getting worse for us and other shoppers. It's disappointing that some companies don't seem to see or care about how this is affecting people like us.

    I'm a Tesco Groceries customer and I recently had a bad experience trying to return an out of date item at the Cliftonville Margate store. The staff there were really unhelpful and unfriendly, it felt like they were all against me. They quickly brushed off my concerns, despite me having the receipt and proof that the product was expired. It was disappointing to see such poor customer service and lack of professionalism for a simple issue. What really got to me was how differently they reacted to potential shoplifters, being all hesitant and non-confrontational. I was left feeling really unsatisfied and frustrated with how they handled my situation.

    The service was top-notch and the products were fantastic. The delivery driver was really helpful and friendly, especially considering my troublesome back. He really went the extra mile to assist me with my shopping. I'm so thankful for his help!
