Terrible for teeth. Very sugary and also caused me indigestion and nausea
Quiet win on site
Halfway through the first job I realised everyone actually liked it — the dry powder packs slot straight into our kit and worked better than I expected. A single-serve version would be handy.
Subscription plot twist
Not great — wrong item. I ordered chocolate and cold brew but got chocolate plus a fudge brownie. Tastes fine, bit annoying; I'm waiting for them to sort it.
Lunch lifesaver, mostly
I grabbed this because of diabetes and late lunches. It fills me up better than a sandwich. Blood sugars stay steadier. Delivery was okay but came a bit later than promised and the box was dented. Customer service sorted a query though, just took a couple of days. Glad there’s vegan choices — simple comfort food.
Boat-day lifesaver
Out on the boat they're brilliant — handy when I can't be bothered packing sandwiches. Warm, filling enough and tasty, which surprised me. Delivery's quick too. Only gripe is they're a bit on the pricey side compared to others.

Not quite a meal
Wasn't expecting to reach for these twice a day, but the berry and coffee ones sneaked into my routine. They’re really smooth and cold — like a tiny treat — and somehow proper full of flavour, yet they don’t actually fill me up. I drink one between work and walking the dog; surprises me every time. Bad for hunger, brilliant for a quick pick-me-up.
Drinks great, powders not so much
I was dead keen to give the products from this place a go, 'cos I'd heard rave reviews about their scrumptious drinks. But, I was proper gutted when I gave the powders a whirl. They tasted nothing like the drinks and had a grim, chalky texture that no amount of prep could fix. It's a shame cos the idea seemed dead good, but they really messed up in how they made it.
Quick and satisfying meal replacement
Why bother wasting time eating when you can just grab one of these bottles and get on with your day? I gave the sample pack a go and it's really made a difference on those days when I just don't have time to sit down for a proper meal. The flavours are really tasty, and the bottles are just the right size for when you're out and about. Plus, these drinks actually keep me feeling full for ages! Who'd have thought a shake could be so satisfying? Definitely recommend giving them a try if you're constantly on the go like I am.
YFood shakes, training, energy, recommendation
I train every day and have recently added YFood shakes to my routine. I've got to say, the results have been amazing! My energy levels have gone up, and my performance during training has definitely got better. I would recommend YFood to anyone wanting to boost their workout.
Flavours, convenience, healthy contents
The product has lots of different flavours which I like the sound of. But to be honest, some of them aren't really my cup of tea. Still, I think it's great that they use healthy ingredients and make things really easy to grab and go. The only downside for me is the prices - they're a bit steep compared to other similar products. Every now and then, I've had a few issues changing my order, but it hasn't caused any major problems so far and hasn't put me off using the products altogether.
Daily nutrition drink
Drinking a nutrition shake every day with my dinner has really made a difference for me. It gives me all the vitamins and minerals I need to keep me going strong throughout the day, plus it's super easy to grab when I'm in a rush. Although, I have noticed that the edges of the bottle can be a bit sharp and have actually cut my lip a few times.
Wrong product sent
So, I ordered this thing, yeah? But then they totally messed up and sent me the wrong one! And when I asked for a refund, they were like, "sorry mate, no can do". Isn't that, like, against the law or something? I'm proper annoyed about it!
Non-vegan Powders and Drinks
I've tried a bunch of different meal replacement products, like ones from JimmyJoy, Huel, and Saturo, and in my opinion, the non-vegan Powders and Drinks from this brand are the best. They've got a really nice, subtle milkshake flavour that I really enjoy. Although I do prefer the cocoa flavour from Saturo, the other flavours from this brand are top-notch in my book. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of getting their Premium Shaker, which I wouldn't recommend. It's quite slim, so it's a bit fiddly to add powder without making a mess, and the fact that it doesn't have an ice strainer makes it harder to get a smooth consistency. Powder also tends to get stuck on the lid, which just makes the mixing process less efficient. On the flip side, their free shaker is great – it's got an ice strainer and a lid that's easy to take off, so it's become my favourite. All in all, the taste of these meal replacements is outstanding and totally worth the price, especially since it's not the most expensive option out there. The shipping to Portugal was pretty quick too, only took about a week.
Coconut flavour drink
Oh my goodness, that coconut drink is absolutely amazing, I really love it! I also gave the vanilla ones a go, both the vegan and non-vegan options, and I have to say the non-vegan one is definitely superior. I really wish they would create a vegan version of the coconut drink, that would be absolutely fantastic! It's like sipping on a taste of a tropical paradise, it's delicious!
Meal replacement drinks, tasty but messy
I've recently bought some meal replacement drinks from this company, and I must say, the taste is absolutely amazing. The drinks themselves are delicious and really enjoyable. However, I've run into a bit of an issue with the packaging. Every time I mix the drinks with water and give them a shake, the contents end up spitting out from the top and lower cap, no matter how tightly I screw it closed. It's a messy and frustrating experience every time, and it definitely takes away from the overall enjoyment of the product.
On top of that, I've also noticed that these drinks are giving my wife a very dry mouth at night, which is a real shame because she also loved the taste. Unfortunately, this means we'll have to stop ordering them in the future, as the negatives outweigh the positives for us.Quick and convenient meal replacement

The delivery was really quick, I got my 2 bags of powdered food along with a free shaker. I loved the salted caramel and sweet banana flavours, they were great! But no matter how hard I shake it, I can still taste the powdery texture, unlike the pre-made drinks I've had in the past.
