I have been looking to take some online courses so as to get a diploma certification. I wanted to get a diploma certificate in business management. I started searching online for a trusted online platform that is effective, efficient, and can deliver. After going through all the options I was given, I decided to sign up with Central college for education. Their courses are affordable and they offer value for you money. I am happy with the services of Central college for education and will use them again whenever I want to take another online course. I recommend Central college for education to anyone looking for an online education consultancy that provides people with quality education service.
Course
After speaking to an advisor I signed up to do GCSEs with this company. They told me I could sit exams and get qualifications at the end. They waited until they got my first payment and then told me that I can't sit the exams because there is no exam centre beside me. I only signed up to do exams. What is the point otherwise?! They won't cancel my course and won't issue a refund. They have lied and are trying to scam me out of money. They don't handle complaints properly, they have lies through that process too and tried to delay a refund as much as possible. They are now refusing to refund me at all. I'm having to go to great lengths and add so much stress to my life to get this sorted. The are incompetent and refuse to tackle complaints properly. Their courses are unsatisfactory but unless they are getting your money they don't care about anything else.
