They only want your money.
Asked for a few weeks grace on my monthly payment when I was furloughed but was simply told to pay up or face legal consequences. Zero help offered whatsoever.
I have now withdrawn from the training due to this extremely poor treatment and I am escalating my complaint to their regulatory body.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Having said the above my tutor (who is self employed and not a Chrysalis employee) was great.
