Online legal document service
I was really disappointed with my experience using this online legal document service. I thought I was just signing up for a free trial, but before I knew it, I had been switched to a paid subscription without even being told. I only found out when I saw the charges on my credit card. It was really frustrating because there was no communication at all about this change, and there weren't any receipts in my account to help me keep track of my spending. When I tried reaching out to customer service about my concerns, they weren't helpful at all and didn't seem to care. I would definitely recommend steering clear of this service - it's not a scam, but it's pretty close.
Business Agreement
I recently tried out a Business Agreement template from this platform, and to be honest, I was quite disappointed. I started off with the free version, but when I went through the contract, I saw that it wasn't really up to scratch. The document said it was governed by the laws of England, but some of the terms and phrases seemed more geared towards American law. This difference made me doubt the accuracy and reliability of the template. I thought about paying for a review of the draft, but in the end, I decided not to because I wasn't confident in the quality of the free version. Overall, I felt like I wasted my time using this service.
7 day free trial
I tried out their service for a week with the free trial, but it didn't go well. When I cancelled it, I didn't get any email confirming the cancellation. To my shock, they carried on charging my account without letting me know. It's really annoying and worrying how they don't keep in touch properly. I'd advise anyone else thinking of using this service to be careful.

Free trial cancellation issue
Even though I saw some bad reviews, I thought I'd try it out and signed up for the free trial. Sadly, like lots of other people, I had problems when I tried to cancel and still got charged after cancelling on time. Feeling annoyed, I got in touch with customer service and was happy that Tina was really helpful and nice. She told me I'd get a full refund and sure enough, the money was back in my bank account when she said it would be. I'm grateful for how quickly this issue got sorted, and want to say thanks to Tina for her help.

My experience with the online legal document service
I recently had a go at using an online legal document service to whip up some important legal documents for my business. Sadly, it didn't quite go to plan. I found that cancelling was super easy, probably the easiest I've ever come across. I liked that there wasn't any pressure or pushy tactics to try to make me change my mind. I had a really bad time with this online document service. I tried it for free at first, but then they started taking £329.89 from me every month without telling me or giving any receipts. Even though I cancelled my subscription and only ever used it to download one free document, they wouldn't give me a refund. It's not right for them to keep charging people without them knowing or agreeing. I think it's important for others to be careful when dealing with this company.

Permissions to take my child abroad form
I thought this website was quite sneaky! Spent ages filling in the form, only to realise at the end I had to sign up and provide my payment details. Can't say I trust any company that pulls a stunt like that! Luckily, I managed to find a way to get the info I needed without signing up. Sneaky website, must say!
Misleading purchase
It can be really frustrating when you spend ages entering all your details, and then out of nowhere, they ask you to subscribe just to use the form you were looking for. It's not fair at all. They should be honest right from the beginning instead of deceiving you into providing all your information and then asking for payment. It's just not right, you know?

I'm getting a bit fed up of having the same problem that everyone else seems to be moaning about - transaction errors. Why can't they just sort this out properly? I've got better things to do than deal with payment problems, so sort it out, please!
Sign up scam
This company is absolutely infuriating! They lure you in with a subscription and then start charging you without asking. And when you ask for a refund, their customer service is so rude and dismissive. It's my money, you know? And their live chat is useless, they just cut you off. Ugh, so frustrating!
Writing a will
My dad fell sick recently he was so old that he could hardly walk. On his sickbed, he told me to get him a lawyer that would write his will. However, his lawyer was not around at the time
However, I found out about LawDepot where we could perform most of our day-to-day legal activities at our convenience online. I read reviews about LawDepot to be sure it is legit. Then I told my dad to use LawDepot for writing out his wills. Very easy to use, stressless, and legal. I never knew we would get to such a level digitally soon but grateful we did. My dad is dead but grateful he was able to write his will before he died.
