JustAnswer was established in 2003, by Andy Kurtzig with its headquarters in San Francisco, CA, USA. The company is an onlinequestionandanswerwebsite that unites visitors with knowledgeable users in different aspects including legal, automatic, medical, and tech support. The company received $25 million funding from Glynn Capital and Charles Schwab who also joined the company board of directors and also opened two offices in Ukraine.

In 2015, the company released an article announcing an audit. The audit contained over 3000 randomly selected questions from over 200 high volume experts. They currently have 12 thousand experts, 700 categories, and operate in 196 countries with 38 different currencies and 4 languages.

JustAnswer offers members access to more than 12,000 verified experts including doctors, lawyers,tech support, mechanics, vet, home repair pros, consumer electronic questions, and more.

The monthlymembership varies depending on how the customers sign up for JustAnswer. With some, it takes up to a $5 week-long trial before charging a $50 monthly while another offers a $5 week-long trial before charging $74 monthly. Others a $1week long trial. With the membership, the user can ask questions freely, make 2 free phone calls which are available only on the iOS app, and access the library of expert answers. The membership can be cancelled at any time if the user is not satisfied or can no longer afford it.

According to their website, you can ask unlimited questions. To get access to the JustAnswer experts, you'll have to create an account. Type in your question in the chat box, an expert is said to respond within minutes. Once an expert answers, a conversation has started and the expert may ask more questions to give you the right answers,

JustAnswer claims to have experts from the world's most trusted institutions including Harvard lawyers, Microsoft Certified computer techs, Christie?s appraises, UCLA doctors, and UC Davis vets. They have a blog on their website committed to other important information.
