LottoGo is a lottery website. Their main office is located in London and they are linked to World Lottery Club. On their website, they provide lotteries and prize draws that you can join. They claim to “put the planet’s biggest jackpots at your fingertips”. They know that most lotteries require you to be a resident of the country in which the lottery is drawn. LottoGo wants to provide you with the opportunity to win the same cash prizes from wherever you are. Sometimes, they offer some special offers and discounts to you and other members. These offers include multi-buy deals for people who want to buy more than one lottery ticket. They are a fully licensed gaming company and want to offer you an enjoyable experience. You can choose some numbers that you would like to play with. If those numbers match the numbers drawn in the lottery, you win a prize. There are jackpots such as Powerball, Mega Millions, EuroMillions and so on. Their syndicates include some of the largest jackpots in the world. And there are also some scratchcards that you open. And a last prize draw offered by LottoGo are their games. You can play European Roulette, Vegas Nights, Froots, 7Up, Black Widow, BlackJack, Gems Odyssee, Queen of Gold, Fireworks Master, Wild Spells and many other games. They are fun and provide you with the chance of winning a prize.

I played a few times and wine a small ammount-just two numbers and a few free spins on promotions. But all my winnings was taken out of my account and I was told through the help service that I spent it, which wasn't true. If you can't trust them for a few pounds why would you trust them for the mega millions. Would never use again, untrustworthy. Also help centre not helpful, in fact infuriating to deal with. They spent all their time asking me to confirm I was who I said I was and why my e-mail is not my name rather than helping me. Don't trust them like I did. I will be telling everyone about this experience.
I bought a pair of entries for one lottery jackpot at £5, and became inadvertently subscribed to some weekly betting game which had them taking £18 per month from my account without permission. I didn't notice this for about a year and after contacting them insenced and demanding a refund and to cancelled. They continued to take £6/month for another 3 months and then agreed to refund me the 3 x £6. Leavin me ±£220 out of pocket and then blanked my communications. It's is pure fraud and don't how they are still allowed to trade.
I wanted to withdraw some money but as it was under £10 I couldn't, so I added some more to take it above £10 but then was denied it !!!
I contacted their Customer Support and they say "As per our terms and conditions, you are unable to withdraw deposits due to our strict anti-money laundering policy." ... so although it's MY money and I haven't received any bonuses, I am unable to withdraw it, even to the same card !!!
Lotto go is a total reap off, their business is simply carrying on legal theft. I mistakenly subcribed and thay took $68 out of my account and sent me an email saying thay will take more money from my account. Am taking them to ombusman ASAP. Don't even waste your money on them
Thought I was playing one game, they have been taking £13 out of my bank every month. No chance of cancelling as their website conveniently crashes every time before you can complete cancellation. Absolute rip off and getting away with it week on week out.
I signed up to pay .50p for 10 lines here on lottogo.com after it being recommended by a friend.
I paid the 50p got sent my lines and then woke up less than 24 hours later to find they had taken £17.50 out of my bank at 4am, very sneaky and not at all what I signed up to. I have emailed and I'm awaiting a response.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK, as a single parent it's so unfair to be scammed out of this money!!!
Avoid. As soon as you enter any bank details they claim free access to your account. Look on trust pilot for how. You do not need to press the subscribe button for them to subscribe you. The terms and conditions to play for a one off offer or three or four goes is exactly the same. They have free access even though they have mislead you. You can't just cancel as it claims on-site. You have to give 7 days notice but need their permission. Look at lotto exposed website. Keep clear or your heading for a world of financial hurt and distress. It gets zero stars as have had over 400 pounds taken. Had to report to police, bank, regulatory bodies and caused a great deal of distress, not just to me.
I once paid for a game with this company and I have been inundated every week with text messages from them trying to get me to play again. I have sent numerous text messages back to them saying NO SMS but they continue to send them.. I have emailed the company as well and await a response but if you are considering playing games with them I would advise against it unless yo are happy to get these texts
