Survey points and M&S vouchers
I've been doing these surveys for ages now, and let me tell you, it's not always easy. Sometimes I'll start a survey only to be told I'm not the right fit and I only get a measly 5 points. It can be frustrating, you know? And don't even get me started on how long it takes me to finish a survey compared to what they say. But hey, I still give it 4 stars because I love finally being able to cash in my points for an M&S £25 voucher. I manage to rack up enough points for two vouchers a year, which is pretty good if you ask me. Some of the surveys are actually pretty interesting, but not all of them.

I really like that I have a bunch of choices that I'm actually interested in, not like some other survey sites where the rewards are a bit rubbish. I've been pretty disappointed with the way I've been trying to redeem my rewards as a customer. Survey on digital stamp
I conducted a survey on digital stamps and got 4 letters about it. I ended up paying 18€ to the post office, thinking it was part of the survey. They inquired if I paid any extra stamp fees, but never got back to me about a refund. I was expecting a 20€ check within 2 weeks, but it's been more than a month now and I haven't received anything. In the end, I wasted 2 weeks and 38€ on this survey. When I called customer service, they advised me to reach out to the survey organisers as they were not involved. Even after sending 2 emails, I did not receive any response. What a complete scam, Maximiles! Totally useless site, spending 20 minutes on surveys for absolutely nothing. Definitely stay away from this one!
Delayed order delivery
I can't believe how long it took for my order to arrive! The first part came after two weeks, but I had to wait a whole four weeks for the other part. I placed my order on the 2nd of May, and I was really annoyed at how long it took. I don't think I'll be ordering from this company again after this experience.
