I first spotted this on a geeky forum and told my flatmate to try it; we've been using it for months. Setting it up across phone, laptop and the telly was mostly painless, though I did faff with router settings once. It feels snappy and reliable, locations work as promised. Support actually surprised me — proper human replies and follow‑ups, not canned stuff. Only niggle is the odd re-login, but decent overall.
Quietly brilliant
it's been brilliant and mostly invisible. I first signed up about seven years ago when I got fed up with silly regional blocks, and my initial thought was 'huh, that just worked' — underwhelming in the best way. I've used it since for streaming and travelling, and apart from a couple of hiccups the service just runs in the background like a quiet helper. Support have been helpful, fast and they keep you informed, which matters. Tiny niggle about price creeping up, but overall worth it for hassle-free access to other countries' content.
