    Missing the big names

I almost didn't sign up. Scrolling through their European listings made me pause. It felt like someone had taken a huge chunk out of the market and left only scraps. I had doubts — do they even cover real European heavyweights? Would my portfolio be hamstrung? Those questions were in my head the whole time. I went ahead anyway, partly out of curiosity and partly because other platforms I used before promised more and delivered less, so I wanted to see for myself. First impressions weren't great. A lot of familiar names were hard to find. The usual suspects you expect — think SAGE, RELX, BAE, Siemens, Unicredit, Ferrari — either weren't there or were tricky to locate. That annoyed me. It felt half-baked. Then, to be fair, the buying process was straightforward. The interface is clean, orders go through, and customer support answered a query I had, which softened my irritation. Prices are competitive enough, but you do pay for convenience. Delivery in terms of transaction speed and confirmations was fine. So, bit of a mixed bag. My scepticism didn't vanish completely, but it did subside. If they added more of the big European stocks — the ones that actually move markets and matter to long-term investors — I'd be much happier. As it stands, it's usable, reliable in the basics, but lacking in depth for anyone focusing on Europe. I'm not slamming them; I'm pointing out a glaring gap. Add the missing companies and I'll happily update this review. Until then, treat it as an okay option if you already hold mostly global or US names, but not the best choice if you want full European coverage.

Quietly useful, but not the silver bullet I hoped for

transaction fees, and for international picks, FX costs — they can whittle away gains you might otherwise think you’re making from chasing high-rated names.
I also noticed odd behaviour in the search filters. For example, when I asked to see “Top US” stocks I kept getting a mix that didn’t match the AI scores I was expecting — several 10s seemed to vanish while some 7s stayed put, even though they looked worse on other metrics. Maybe a bug, maybe a design choice, but it felt unclear and a bit sloppy. The overall performance charts the site publishes are interesting but, well, selective. There was one year where the model did brilliantly (2022 if I recall), but across a few recent years the outperformance isn’t consistent. If an AI model's really getting better over time, I'd expect a clearer trend. Not seeing that made me wonder whether current winners are more luck than skill.
A couple of practical gripes: the "Trade Ideas" model portfolio often leaves out many 10-rated stocks (which seems odd) and half the names are behind the Plus paywall — so you pay and still don’t get everything. You can create portfolios, but you can’t enter your purchase prices or track real performance properly. That’s a big omission; if I’m going to use a service for investing I want it to be the one place I can see how I’m actually doing, not have to juggle spreadsheets.
All in all, it’s worth a try if you like a bit of extra data and a second opinion, but don’t hand it your whole strategy. My advice: try the free version first, and please add manual trade logging and a clearer explanation of filters — that would make a world of difference. I’m a bit disappointed but still curious enough to check back in later.
