I first saw these on a mate’s Instagram and, to be honest, I was sceptical — thought they’d be overhyped. I used reward points to shave off most of the £1,000 bill and ordered anyway. Delivery turned up quicker than I expected and was well packed, and customer service answered my sizing question straight away and properly. The earrings have a nice sparkle and the size is spot on. Was doubtful at first, but pretty pleased now.
Clearing out, quick payout
Weirdly relieved — I’d been thinking about selling a couple of designer bags for ages, partly to clear space and partly because I needed the extra cash for everyday stuff. I was nervous at first (are they legit? will they lose them in the post? will I actually get paid?), so I rang. They asked for photos, I sent them, and within a few hours I had an offer that genuinely made me smile. Posting instructions to New York were clear and the parcel was received in under a day. I sent my bank details and a couple of hours later the money was in my account. Professional, quick and honest — glad I went for it, really helped.
Delivery actually impressed me
Goods arrived sooner than I expected and in perfect nick, which was a lovely surprise. The whole delivery and collection bit felt well organised — clear emails, helpful tracking and someone who actually picked up the phone. My contact, Emre, was brilliant; very patient, kept me updated and didn’t make the process feel like a chore. He answered daft questions I kept asking, honestly. The service felt professional but friendly, not stiff. If you’re selling nice pieces, go with them — just allow a day or two for their courier window. I’d happily use them again, and I’d tell mates the same.
Almost brand new, honestly
this was a proper bargain and the bag looks brand new. I ordered a Hermès Evelyne III listed as “very good” and honestly when it arrived I had to check the receipt – spotless, like nobody ever used it. I’ve been using it for my daily commute, dropping kids at school and pop-to-shop runs; it’s held up and still draws a few surprised looks. The whole purchase was smooth and quick, photos matched, packaging neat. Quite chuffed it worked out so well, genuinely pleased, no hassle.
Not what I ordered, but sorted in the end
I bought what was advertised as a branded slip-on bangle. After a couple of wears I noticed there was no trademark anywhere and the finish was scuffed. Contacted them and first they emailed saying I could return it. Then the next day another email told me to ignore that. Classic online faff. The picture on the listing and the actual item were miles apart. I almost wrote it off and swore off small sites. Then a different rep stepped in, apologised properly, chased a full refund plus paid return label and even a small apology note — that’s when I relaxed. Glad it didn’t end badly.
