I'm a loyal customer of the Oxfam Online Shop and I recently bought a unique handcrafted jewellery piece from their website. However, I've been really let down by their customer service. I returned the item for a refund and it's been a ridiculous four weeks before the refund was processed. On top of that, they're asking me to remove a PayPal dispute to speed up the refund process, which I think is completely unreasonable. The lack of efficiency and communication from their customer service team is really disappointing, so I won't be shopping with them again.
