I was sceptical at first — a mate had sent me a link and I thought, are these going to be cheap-looking or awkward to wear? Started buying a few pairs anyway and, honestly, most have been exactly what I hoped for. One flat-back one didn’t sit on the post properly, I messaged them and they asked for a short video (fair enough), then popped a replacement in the post straight away. Pleasantly surprised by how quickly that was sorted — I’ll keep an eye on new drops.
Nearly lost my faith
I can still picture the moment I knew it was sorted. The pearls on the cuff had started flaking after a few months. I was annoyed — been let down by jewellery firms before — so I didn't hold out much hope. I emailed twice and got no reply at first. Then, after a reminder, customer service finally sorted a refund and apologised. Not perfect service, but the refund arriving made me feel relieved and a bit surprised.
Rainy-day jewellery win
I popped the little parcel open on a rainy Thursday and thought, oh here we go again — cheap metal, big disappointment. But these earrings and cuffs actually felt solid, weighty, not like the flimsy stuff I’ve paid more for elsewhere. I’ve been buying from them since last summer; they’re my go-to. Customer help was friendly when I needed it and the minimal packaging is lovely (no useless plastic). Still bit sceptical at first, but converted.
