Ordered a £50 bouquet, recipient sent me a pic and I was so embarrassed. You could have spent £10 in a supermarket and got a better bunch. Customer service fobbed me off. Do not use this company!

I received a box of flowers last Saturday 6th June and was very disappointed. Instead of the wow factor on opening the box, the flowers looked squashed and half dead. I have used Serenta before to send flowers to family and just hope they were not in the same condition as mine. Will not use this company again.
I received a box of flowers last Saturday 19th September. I was very disappointed to see that the bouquet contained a few blue and purple flowers down the centre of the arrangement and the rest and majority of it was plain dull greenery. I had received a number of other bouquets in similar sized boxes which were filled with beautiful flowers and are lasting well. In the Serenata bouquet the greenery is now drying out and dying and the flowers are past their best. I would not recommend using this company .
I received flowers and a badly smashed vase
I was thrilled when received a large box of flowers on by birthday from my family in New Zealand but was upset to find the glass vase shattered into many pieces . The flowers which looked ok did not last ( I have a regular delivery of flowers from a florist in London and the flowers frequently last 3 plus weeks !) I contacted my family and also emailed Serenata Flowers and after several email they have said they will not replace the vase but would offer discount on a future order !

I am absolutely disgusted with this order. It's the first time I've used your company and for £35 I'd expect a better product.
I purchased this bouquet to give to my Mum on Mother's Day and judging by what she has received, she probably thinks her hate her.
Most of the flowers are squashed or flattened. The leafs are shrivelled or dead. You don't say on your site that they get delivered in a box and need to be assembled upon delivery, the picture shows a bouquet in wrapping with a bow! You are misrepresenting your product and misleading your customers.
Absolutely shocking to charge that much and just post a load of dead flowers in a box.
I don't want re-delivery, I don't even want the first lot I ordered from you.
Jonathan, I have had the same experience - They were compared with the website image different as chalk and cheese. Serenata not interested only told me to send a further photo in 3 or so days time. Feel very upset and annoyed that this Mothers day gift was sent with much love from my daughter

Flowers - Cream Tea
Long time user of Serenata Flowers, normally good service and high quality bouquets. I purchased the Cream Tea bouquet and was incredibly disappointed with the low quality bouquet that arrived, looking completely different from the image on the website and disappointing the recipient.
Excellent Ordering and Delivery, but I can't bring myself to give them more than a 4 overall score as they don't deserve it.
I voiced these concerns to the customer service team who told me that the correct number of stems were in the order and so they considered the service and quality acceptable, despite significant difference in the photos - which I would love to share with this review.
Based on the subsequent poor customer service, I have closed my account and will not be using them again.
"Delivering Happiness" - but not necessarily on the right day. I chose Serenata (first) time as they had a 'local' supplier/partner in the delivery area for my mum's birthday, and also they were offering a 'next day' delivery.
Got my order confirmation - date (and '8am - 8pm window') but they were not "dispatched" until the morning AFTER the booked date, and did not arrive until midday on. Raised a complaint with them for refund/compensation, but besides offering me their "heartfelt apologies", they offered nothing more than an excuse for why they miss the odd ("3%" apparently) delivery commitment.
So, even though they offer a next day/specifc date delivery, buried in their T&Cs it says 'you should allow 24 hours after the intended delivery for the flowers to be delivered'. So that's good then.
Not sure what the 'new normal' looks like, but personally I'm looking forward to companies no longer using 'the Covid excuse' for poor service.
