I almost didn't order, worried about delivery and cold storage. Needed pens for regular injections so couldn't risk delays. They arrived late; some were past the temp-controlled window, I had to use a few fast and wasted the rest. Not ideal.
Quietly useful
Halfway through the programme I noticed cravings easing and clothes fitting better; it's, well, actually simple to use day-to-day. I've tried others who overpromised — glad this one delivered, really.
