They picked up a few problems with the print. I liked that — they liaised with me and gave time to tweak the design so it suited their presses. Final prints looked solid. We gave two as a wedding present and the couple were pleased. After other firms this felt proper hands-on. Felt good, really.
Next-day, mostly good
Opened the parcel the morning after ordering and, halfway through a game night, noticed they shuffle nicely but one card's edge was a bit scuffed. Customer support answered quickly when I messaged. Used them straight away — decent, not flawless.
Saved my move
I ordered these because I was mid-move and my back's been rubbish, so I needed something quick. Delivery arrived earlier than I thought and customer service were spot on when a couple of cards lost their lettering — they sorted it without fuss. The online builder makes it tricky to work on two projects, so I had to finish before starting another, but overall pleased and will order again.
Sunday parcel surprise
Opened the parcel on Sunday morning, pretty pleased — cards were made quickly and arrived earlier than I thought. Started using them straight away; they feel solid in hand. Customer support answered a tiny question fast, so I'm really quite glad. Would like corner-value option though
