I thought I was organised — ordered 13 luggage tags for Christmas presents and then two were wrong, classic. I sent them back to the address on the site because I wanted replacements, not a refund. Weeks went by with radio silence and I was fuming, thinking they'd vanished into an inbox black hole. Eventually customer service did sort it and replacements arrived, a bit late but fair play. Delivery and replies could be quicker though, lesson learned.
Not what I expected, bit of a faff
Honestly, I hesitated a lot before ordering — I checked the photos, read the blurb twice and still thought “do I dare?” When the parcel arrived I felt a bit vindicated... for the wrong reasons. The metal baby ornament looked like it had been sliced off at the bottom, was wonky across the top and the name wasn’t centred at all. Then there was the pillow cover — someone had heat-pressed it so much it’d basically sealed itself shut. No way to pop a cushion inside. I sent the pillow back the same day, chased them, and after a bit of nagging they did send a replacement for the ornament which was better, so that eased my worry a touch. But the pillow still hasn’t been sorted and getting hold of a real person felt impossible. If you’re thinking of ordering, double-check everything and maybe ask for a photo before they ship. I’m glad one thing ended up okay, but they really need proper quality control and a contact number.
