Halfway through putting the pictures in I remembered how nervous I was about pixelation and layout, but that worry vanished — the collage looked sharp and the frame feels solid. I needed something to brighten a new flat after moving and wasn't sure about online prints. Delivery was quicker than expected, so I'm actually ordering a second frame now. Proper pleased.
Bit rough but solid
I needed prints for the new flat after a stressful move, so I tried these lot. Uploading photos was really simple — dragged and dropped, no faff — which surprised me. The prints came quick and the colours were decent, and they're good value. Not perfect, edges slightly off on one frame, but overall much better than other big firms I've used.
Not worth the gamble
the seller hadn’t followed the right procedures and apparently the “shipping fees” didn’t cover actual postage. I kept thinking they’d sort it: sent a heap of emails, messages through the site and social media, even tried ringing — nada. Over six weeks later it’s still stuck and I’ve had no proper reply. It’s annoying more than dramatic, but also upsetting — I paid for something I can’t use and the lack of communication is the worst part. Won’t rush back to this company; hope they improve, but I’m wary now.
A cosy little book
I started this on a rainy afternoon and ended up making something more like a storybook than just a photo album, which is exactly what I wanted. The editor felt straightforward, well not fussy, and unlike a few others it let me paste whole paragraphs next to photos instead of being stuck with tiny captions. There were loads of bits to mess about with — coloured stickers, quotes, simple clip art — which made pages feel more personal. The finished book feels solid, pages lie flat and the paper’s nice, and it arrived when they said it would. Price seemed fair for the quality. I use it for keepsakes and little gifts now, proper handy.
Not coming back after this one
I wouldn’t trust them for anything time-sensitive anymore. I needed two photobooks as a Father's Day present — had a good experience a year ago so I thought, fine, I’ll order again and even used the Father's Day promo to speed things up. Long story short: paid £231.89, rushed my project to meet the deadline, and in the end it arrived way too late (dispatched 16 June), so I missed the day altogether. On top of that the books weren’t even printed as I designed them.
I tried to sort it out — sent the photos, but their mail system bounces big files (8.2MB), then someone called Tom from support asked me to resend and after that: silence. Proper silence. I’ve sent follow-up emails, tried phoning (phone didn’t work), left my number… nothing. It feels like my messages are being ignored or blocked. I keep thinking maybe there’s a simple mix-up, but there’s zero communication, and for £231 for two books that took a month to arrive, that’s frustrating.
I liked the idea and I liked my first order, so I’m a bit gutted. There’s a claimed quality guarantee, which is great in theory but means nothing if you can’t get anyone to respond. Also curious about how often those promos really have tight deadlines, feels a bit misleading — but that’s beside the point.
There’s a little part of me that still likes the finish of the books and hopes they’ll actually reply, because the product could be good. Practically speaking, though, I need reliable delivery and decent customer support for gifts — they failed on both. If they don’t come back to me soon, I won’t be ordering from them again.Photo fridge magnets for Mother's Day

Inkifi was founded by Jim and Paul, two friends who met back in the 90s. Having no desire to take up a 9-to-5 job, they decided to travel the world together. Jim's photography & design background meant that he documented their surf trips and adventures in detail.
