Photo lab colour improvement
I've just started using a new photo lab because I wanted my pictures to have more accurate colours and less overexposure than before. I'm happy with the better quality, but I've had to replace a lot of my photos because the results from my old lab were so poor. I think they should compensate me somehow for the hassle. However, I have to say, this new lab has an amazing collection of F1 photos.

I bought a wall art print from this shop recently, but I had a bit of a rough time with it, to be honest. I had to go and cancel my order because I changed my mind about the size I wanted. I tried getting in touch with customer service a few times through their contact form, email, and even left a voicemail, but I never heard back from them. Then, a few hours later, I got an email saying that my order had already been sent out, which was pretty annoying.
Canvass print
I bought a canvas print from the store after getting a smaller one that didn't work for me. I got in touch with customer service and got some really good help from a young guy who helped me with my exchange. He suggested I pay a bit more for a bigger print and I got to keep the smaller one too. The new print came really quickly, in just 2 days, and I am really happy with how it looks!

I bought this really cool canvas print, but when it arrived, I wasn't too keen on how it was cut off! So, I gave them a call to let them know, and they explained the reason behind it. I reckon they should've mentioned it before I made the purchase, but they ended up giving me a larger one at no extra cost! I'm really pleased with that!
Framed Rembrandt print
Hey, so I thought I was being really clever and ordered this amazing Rembrandt print of The Night Watch for my mum for Christmas. I made sure to order it well in advance, back in November, just to be safe. The ordering process went smoothly and it arrived on time, which was great. However, when I actually saw the print, I was pretty disappointed. It was way too dark and all the awesome details were lost. I reached out to customer services, but they basically said tough luck, that's how it's supposed to look. Initially, my mum liked it because it was nicely framed, but then she compared it to a replica in a book and realised a lot was missing. I tried complaining again, but they just repeated that no returns were allowed due to the time that had passed. It's a shame, I really thought I was onto a winner with that present, but sadly it didn't quite live up to expectations.
