feels solid, packaging wasn’t fancy but it did the job, and the person I gave it to smiled, which made me feel a bit smug. My worries about delivery did pop up — tracking was confusing — but a quick message to support cleared things up, not instantly but well enough. Overall pleasantly surprised, a few hiccups but worth it for the price. I’ve since used it a few more times and it’s been consistent — nothing flashy but good value. I’m happy with the choice.
Late arrival, decent print
not great at first, but the print itself was fine — don't expect quick updates. I ordered a personalised print as a birthday gift and the site promised 1–2 days. Six days (four working days) after an "awaiting dispatch" email I had no further updates. Customer service kept replying "we'll send you an email" — and yes, that became almost a joke. In the end it did arrive and the picture looked okay, colours decent, so I'm relieved, but I missed the actual birthday. If you try them, factor in delays and check recent reviews; allow extra time or consider alternatives.
Present that never quite arrived
it meant presents were half-ready and I had to reorder, twice. Oddly, the prints they did send were actually very good — colour and paper felt premium, which was a pleasant surprise — so if everything turns up you might be happy. For day-to-day use I wanted a reliable print service to fill the living room wall; instead I wasted time chasing delivery and answers that never really fixed things. Communication was patchy: sometimes prompt, sometimes stone-silent. I can't recommend based on my experience; it's just too unreliable.
Gran's warm surprise
The first thing my gran did was hold the picture close, like she'd bottled the kids' laugh. I ordered it mid-December as a surprise and tracked the parcel. The delivery stumbled a bit — it arrived after the day I hoped — and customer chat gave wishy answers, which annoyed me. But when it arrived, the paper and colours felt real; the print has weight, colours are rich and the frame isn't flimsy. It sits on the mantel now and she keeps picking it up. Not flawless — a tiny scuff on the corner — but the feeling when she saw her great-grandchildren was worth the faff. Would use again, but allow extra time.
The dog-cushion incident
lots of chasing emails, a holding reply weeks later and a stream of marketing messages that felt like background static. I kept thinking “this can’t be the worst thing,” but it almost was. The moment I felt properly satisfied came later, rather quietly — when a refund showed up and the company finally answered properly. Not dramatic, just relief; the money cleared and the cushion stayed on the sofa, doing a decent job of looking cheerful. So yes, it worked out in a small, messy way. Would it have been better if they’d shipped the right item on time? Absolutely. Is it perfect? No. But for everyday use — book-in-hand, tea-on-table, dog-cushion propping my back — it did the job and I could move on. I’m cautious about ordering again, though.
A faff, but it worked in the end
I ordered a handful of photo prints to brighten my new flat after a rather painful move (back complaining, boxes everywhere — you know the sort). Thought it would be quick and simple. It wasn’t. Customer service seemed to be a relay race of different people, each with their own story. I was told replacements would be sent tracked, then told no, that wasn’t right, then told they'd been sent — which they hadn’t, at least not straight away. I rang, emailed, and yes I nagged. Annoying. But, and here's the thing, the prints eventually turned up and they’re fine. Colour’s good, price was really decent. So I’m grateful they got there in the end, even if getting answers was clumsy and slow. Would use them again? Maybe — but only if I can tolerate the faff.
Half-unpacked surprise
emailed, uploaded files, got the usual website downsizing problem, and the back-and-forth with customer service felt... clunky. They asked me to use WeTransfer, then first time claimed they’d not received it, second time said they couldn’t accept it that way. Very frustrating, and I did feel ignored a few times, replies felt generic and on autopilot. But I kept at it and, to their credit, things turned around. After a couple more messages someone actually read the thread, arranged replacements and the new batch arrived better — sharper and with decent colours. Delivery itself was quick and well packaged, which mattered a lot after the initial worry. So, mixed journey: some annoying moments, but a good outcome in the end. If you’ve had dodgy experiences with print labs before, you’ll understand the scepticism; this one nearly lost me but customer service eventually sorted it. Would recommend, just be persistent and double-check upload methods with them first. Glad I stuck with it — wedding photos deserve that bit of effort.
Surprisingly solid canvas
In short, it did better than I'd expected. I went into this half-sceptical because a lot of people I know in the digital art world kept saying canvas prints would flatten my work, kill the detail and the subtle tones. I made high-res JPGs, uploaded them to the MYPICTURE site and picked a mix of sizes to show different bits — transparency, shadow detail and a few multi-colour overlaps. Their online editor was actually handy; I fiddled with brightness and crop, added my signature and a limited-edition number, which felt pretty straightforward. Delivery turned out quicker than the site suggested, the parcel was tracked the whole way and they kept me updated so I didn't have to worry. The packing was solid — each canvas wrapped and snug in a proper box. And the prints? Properly good. Colours held up, the darks had depth and the light areas didn't blow out. Compared with a couple of cheaper labs I've tried before, this felt more consistent and less hit-or-miss. So yeah, proved some naysayers wrong and I'll be using them again, probably for a bigger series next time.
Gift gamble that turned into a faff
I needed a quick present for a mate's birthday and thought I'd try these printed canvases and a cushion. Big mistake at first. Opening the parcel felt a bit like unwrapping a mystery — one of the large canvases wasn't there and the cushion looked like someone had photographed it off a phone from across the room. The print was dark and grainy, colours all wrong, and the fabric itself felt oddly coarse. Not what I expected at all. I rang them because the missing canvas was the whole point; it was supposed to be a gift. Their replies were glacial. They said they'd reprint, which is fine, except they couldn't do it any quicker than a week. A week would have been after the birthday, so I asked for a refund. They dug their heels in and wanted to resend instead. That back-and-forth went on for days. I started off sceptical — and then straight-up annoyed. In the end I opened a PayPal claim. Suddenly, requests for photos and replies came through. Guess what? After PayPal nudged them, they agreed to refund the missing canvas and to reprint the cushion. I told them not to bother with the reprint; after that awful service I just wanted my money back. It took more photos and more waiting, yes, but PayPal eventually forced the refund through. So I'm relieved now, but only because of the external push. Product quality wasn't great and their customer service was poor until third-party pressure. Won't rush back, but at least the money is back where it belongs.
Nearly didn’t make it, but the calendar turned up in time
Sat there debating whether to order this calendar for my mum — photos of her dog and all that — because the site promised delivery before Christmas. I’d been burned before by companies who over-promise, so I was sceptical. I went ahead anyway because I needed something personal for the present and I’ve had canvases from them before that arrived fine, so that tipped the balance.
Mostly pleased, slightly baffled
the cushions still work, look fine on the sofa, but the feel is noticeably different from the originals. I emailed customer service and that’s where it got frustrating: first reply took a few days, then another person said almost the same thing, no clear answer about supply or quality, just a voucher offer that didn’t add up when I tried it. After several slow exchanges they eventually admitted they source fillings from different suppliers, which would have been helpful to know earlier. So yeah, not perfect — communication could be quicker and clearer — but the product itself isn’t useless. I’ll keep them for now because they do the job, and I do appreciate the prompt delivery, but I’d like consistency or an honest option for the premium fill I originally ordered. If they sort that, I’ll happily come back.
7 canvases
I bought loads of canvases from this place and they were really great. They were also really affordable. I just wish the address labels were a bit bigger though.
Three canvas prints
I was a bit unsure at first because of the cost, but I went for it and ordered three canvas prints in various sizes. I have to admit, I was really pleased when they arrived because they were just perfect. The colours were so vibrant, the quality was excellent, and I'm really pleased with what I got. I've actually ordered more already and I'm really looking forward to seeing how they turn out!
Photo prints on canvas
I've had a few photo prints on canvas from them now, and honestly, they've been pretty good. The quality is spot on, and the colours match up nicely with the originals. The only downside is that the prints on towels weren't as great, but that doesn't bother me too much. Delivery times are reasonable, and if you catch them on a discount day, the prices are really competitive. Overall, I'd recommend them if you're looking to get your photos printed on canvas.
Framed Print for Dad's Birthday
I got my dad a framed print for his 90th birthday. I ordered it online and it was really simple. However, when it arrived, the frame was completely broken. I felt so upset 😞 I contacted customer service and they were very apologetic. I sent them photos of the broken frame and they immediately sent me a replacement. I was so pleased! 🎉
Great picture
I really loved the picture I ordered, it was even better than I expected. The quality was fantastic and I was so happy with how it came out. Definitely a happy customer here.
Custom canvas print
I recently bought a personalised canvas print from this company and I have to say, I was really impressed with how well they kept in touch with me during the whole process. They made sure to let me know what was happening every step of the way, from when my order was confirmed to when it was sent out for delivery. The print itself was stunning, and my daughter adores it. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone after top-notch prints. Their service was outstanding, they definitely deserve more than just a 5-star rating.

I've been a loyal customer of this company for a good few years now and I've always been really impressed with the quality of their products. They're brilliant at making top-notch canvas prints, and I've also bought towels and blankets from them that have all gone above and beyond what I expected. The Importance of Customer Ratings and Feedback
Henceforth, after leaving your review, such as a My Picture review, the importance of feedback, whether good or bad, can lead to the company improving its services. In addition, companies value collecting customer feedback. When communicating back to the complaint, for example, they build customer trust by showing their clients that their opinions are important to them. However, as with any online company, there would always be speculations about the site’s legitimacy; therefore, is My Picture legit? Studies made by experts suggest that clients should look at the company’s social media presence and check the company’s domain name. Then, My Picture can be justified and verified in whichever way the client confirms legitimacy.
Why Share Positive My Picture Reviews?
It has been proven that only a few consumers would share positive reviews after they receive good service and quality products. However, customers have concluded that positive thoughts are important, like testimonials, which would lead to them trusting the company. And this would lead to future clients using the services of the online provider. Thus, leaving positivity regarding an online business is, for instance, important to justify some concerns; for example, is My-Picture.co.uk a safe site? An overwhelmingly positive reaction toward transparency is proven by many trusting clients giving it a high rating.
Why Share Negative My Picture Reviews?
When it comes to sharing negative reviews, it assists future or interested online clients and gives feedback to the company on where they can improve. Henceforth, studies have shown that negative reviews are generally divided into two sections: clients and their feelings about receiving bad service and products. In retrospect, when viewing the negative reviews about My Picture, they were marginal and concerned about a faulty order and slow shipping. Therefore, whether you have positive or negative feelings towards the company, My Picture Trustpilot reviews might be reliable and similar; however, it is urged that you leave reviews here on Britian reviews to educate the public and assist the company.
