    Top-notch customer service

    I got something from this company the other day that had a small flaw. But I was so impressed with how well the customer service team dealt with it. Especially Katie, who was really helpful and made sure I got a replacement the next day, before I even sent back the faulty item. It's not often you find such amazing customer service, and Sosandar really stood out. I'm really impressed with how professional and quick they were in sorting out the problem. I'll definitely be going back to them because of the fantastic service I got.

    Birthday discount code issue

    I got a birthday discount code from this company but when I tried to use it, it didn't work at checkout. I was a bit disappointed so I contacted their customer service for help. They said they would get back to me in 48 hours but to my surprise, Milly replied within just 2 hours. She gave me a new code which worked perfectly this time.     I've got to say, the stuff from Sosandar is usually top quality, but I had a little hiccup recently with a coat I bought that had a dodgy zipper. I reached out to their customer service on Facebook Messenger and they got back to me super quick. The help I got was top-notch, and they sorted out the return of the coat for a refund no problem. The person I spoke to was really nice and really helped me out. Big thanks for the awesome service.

    Overpriced sandals

    I spent a lot on these sandals and I was really disappointed. They just weren't up to scratch - felt cheap and not very well made. The pictures on the website made them look a lot better than they actually are, and I felt like I was tricked. All in all, not a great experience and I don't think I'll be buying from this brand again.
