Top-notch customer service
I got something from this company the other day that had a small flaw. But I was so impressed with how well the customer service team dealt with it. Especially Katie, who was really helpful and made sure I got a replacement the next day, before I even sent back the faulty item. It's not often you find such amazing customer service, and Sosandar really stood out. I'm really impressed with how professional and quick they were in sorting out the problem. I'll definitely be going back to them because of the fantastic service I got.
Delayed order resolved promptly
I recently had a bit of a hiccup with my order and decided to get in touch with customer service for some help. I was really pleased with how fast the team from the company got back to me. They looked into the delay and managed to give me a straightforward explanation the very next day. They sorted out the problem quickly, and lo and behold, my delivery showed up just a few days later. It was a weight off my shoulders to have the company deal with the courier issue for me, and I really valued their proactive approach to customer service.

I sent back a bunch of stuff to an online shop and got a bit worried when my refund wasn't showing up even after the courier had collected my return. So, I dropped an email to customer service and was pleasantly shocked to get a super quick reply. A lovely lady named Katie told me that my refund was just processed, and soon enough, I got a notification that the money was back on my card. Honestly, I was pretty impressed with how fast and helpful the customer service was.

Birthday discount code issue
I got a birthday discount code from this company but when I tried to use it, it didn't work at checkout. I was a bit disappointed so I contacted their customer service for help. They said they would get back to me in 48 hours but to my surprise, Milly replied within just 2 hours. She gave me a new code which worked perfectly this time. I have to admit, I was really impressed by how quick and helpful they were.

Faulty zipper on coat
I've got to say, the stuff from Sosandar is usually top quality, but I had a little hiccup recently with a coat I bought that had a dodgy zipper. I reached out to their customer service on Facebook Messenger and they got back to me super quick. The help I got was top-notch, and they sorted out the return of the coat for a refund no problem. The person I spoke to was really nice and really helped me out. Big thanks for the awesome service.

Millie was a total lifesaver when I asked about pricing on Monday 20th May. She was so nice and really put me at ease, assuring me my problem would be fixed in no time. Overpriced sandals
I spent a lot on these sandals and I was really disappointed. They just weren't up to scratch - felt cheap and not very well made. The pictures on the website made them look a lot better than they actually are, and I felt like I was tricked. All in all, not a great experience and I don't think I'll be buying from this brand again.

I bought a dress from this company not long ago, but I was a bit disappointed with the quality compared to how much I paid for it. So, I sent it back straight away. I got an email saying it would take 3 to 5 days to get my money back and that they'd take £2 off for returns. I didn't know they charged for returns.
