Home furnishings and accessories
I stumbled upon this company not too long ago and I must say, I'm quite impressed with their vast collection of home furnishings and accessories. Both my son and I have bought a few things for our homes and we're really happy with the quality and styles on offer. The customer service has been great too - Anna and Kurt were fabulous in sorting out a return for a couple of items that didn't quite work out for us. They handled it quickly and with such politeness, getting us our refund in no time at all. I just wanted to say a big thank you for the wonderful service.
Men's staple clothing purchase
I bought some basic men's clothes from that shop the other day and I was really pleased with my experience. The stuff was top-notch and just what I was after. They had a great range of menswear, with all the essentials every guy should have in his wardrobe. The staff were lovely and really helped me out, which made shopping there a breeze. The prices were fair for the quality of the stuff, so it was definitely worth it.
Shipping issues
I had a bit of trouble with my delivery recently, but it wasn't the fault of the customer care team. I've got to give credit where it's due though, the customer care team at this store is top-notch. They were always so friendly, went out of their way to help, and resolved everything for me. They really showed how customer care should be done. Big thanks for sorting out all the issues I had.
Jumpers and jeans
I bought some fantastic jumpers and jeans, but I had a little problem with my order so I had to contact customer service. They were really kind and sorted everything out for me quickly, big shoutout to Leah, she was brilliant! After a bad experience with another company, it was really nice to receive such excellent customer service here.
FC jeans sizing
I had a really frustrating time with the customer service team about the sizing of some FC jeans. The newer ones I bought seemed smaller than the ones I got before. I asked about the sizing, but instead of giving me a straight answer, the customer service reps just kept asking me random questions that had nothing to do with it. No matter how many questions I answered, they just kept asking more and never addressed my actual concern. It was like banging my head against a wall. I was so frustrated and disappointed with the lack of help I got. I won't be buying from them again after this experience, that's for sure.
Return experience
I've just had a really frustrating experience with returning items to this shop. I posted back two things more than two weeks ago and I still haven't heard anything to confirm they've been received. Even though I know the post office has said they've been delivered, nobody has let me know what's happening with my refund. It's worrying that there's been no communication or clear information, and it really doesn't make the company look good when it comes to customer service.
Clothes for my mum and brother
I enjoy going to this place because the staff are really friendly and helpful, plus they have a great selection of clothes. My mum always manages to find something she likes and the men's section is pretty cool too. My brother is 16, tall, and slim, so he always finds stuff in extra small that fits him nicely.

I've been a big fan of this clothing brand for ages now. Their designs are so unique and the quality is always top-notch. Exchanges, Receipt Policy
I recently went to a clothing shop and wasn't happy with their exchange policy. They told me I needed a receipt for any exchanges or credit notes, which was a surprise because other good shops like Reiss, Lauren, and Me + Em don't have that rule. This inconsistency made me frustrated and unhappy with the service at that store. The manager was really rude and lacked professionalism when I spoke to her. Her unfriendly and dismissive attitude made me question if the staff had been properly trained in customer service. Sadly, this bad experience means I won't be going back to that shop in the future. I decided to just give away the item I didn't like from my visit because I have no plans to return there.
Refund delay
I'm really frustrated with the company's customer service because I've been waiting for over a month for a refund and haven't had any updates despite multiple follow-ups on my end. This lack of communication and inefficiency is just not on, and it's seriously affecting how I view the brand's customer service.
Blue leather slippers
I bought some blue leather slippers for Christmas, a lovely gift from my daughter. They looked great and were really comfy with a sheepskin liner. But, I soon got a bit fed up. I have a regular office job, nothing too hard, but after a few days of wearing these slippers, I realised they were starting to smell bad. They seemed to soak up my foot sweat and ended up ponging quite a bit. It's a shame that a brand like this would miss such an important part of making footwear.
wrong colour order, return process
To start off, I was pretty gutted when I got the wrong colour item in my order. I made sure to ask for a specific colour, but they sent me something completely different. Trying to sort out a return turned into a headache of constant emails going back and forth. They said the return labels were included, but I couldn't find them anywhere. I even asked for a QR code from the post office to send it back, but they didn't give me one. Dealing with the return was a pain and took up a lot of my time, especially since the mistake was on their end. It shouldn't be up to the customer to keep fixing the company's blunders.
Damaged dress
I'm really gutted about the dress I got from you guys. When I opened it up, there was a big rip that just completely spoiled the whole thing for me. And I've got to say, your return policy is just not fair. I had to fork out for the delivery and then pay again to send back the damaged dress. It doesn't seem right, especially when the reason I'm returning it is because of a fault on your end, not because I've changed my mind. To top it off, I haven't even had a response from customer service after reaching out to them about this issue.
Returned item not refunded
They told me they received my return 19 days ago and still haven't refunded me! I'm really angry, I just want my money back right now!!
Jeans
I was really disappointed with the quality of the jeans I bought from this company. They felt cheap and flimsy, and the seams started coming undone after just a few washes. It's obvious that they care more about making clothes quickly than making them last, especially considering their commitment to being eco-friendly. When I contacted customer support about the poor quality, they actually said that three years of use was enough. I expected better from a company that's supposed to value sustainability.
Online shopping disappointment
What a surprise! I've been a loyal customer for years and was happy with everything, especially the customer service. But out of nowhere, they just stopped delivering to Israel without telling me. I was shocked when I tried to place an order on the UK site and it said they couldn't deliver to my country anymore. They sent me to the EU site, which was not only more expensive but also very slow. Even though the delivery info on the EU site said they could deliver to Israel, one person said yes and another said no. It was so frustrating! French Connection, I really like your clothes but I'm upset by how you're treating loyal customers like me. And it seems like I'm not the only one, judging by all the other people who are unhappy. Maybe it's time to rethink how you treat the customers who choose to spend their money with you.
Coat
I purchased a coat from this company not long ago, and I have to admit I'm really disappointed with the service I've got. I made my order nine days ago, hoping to get it in five days, but after getting a confirmation email, I haven't heard anything since. When I contacted customer service to ask about my order, they said it would arrive within 5-7 days, as stated in the email. But there's still no word on whether my coat has even been sent. No one's been answering my follow-up emails, and even the online chat service has been useless. The customer service here is just terrible. I think this will be the first and last time I order from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before buying.
