Ripa della More wine
I bought 12 bottles of Ripa della More wine, but only 10 showed up. This has happened before, and even though I was refunded last time, this time there was no solution. I used AmazonPay to make the payment, assuming it would be secure, but sadly, that wasn't the case. My order number is UK-11240877. To be honest, I'm really let down by this experience and won't be using this service again.

The wine was delicious and all, but sometimes the folks at the shop take ages to respond, which can be frustrating. I inquired about my order and only got a reply three days before it arrived. However, when they did finally get in touch, everything was fine. I placed my order on the 18th of September 2023, and it arrived on the 4th of October 2023.
Bought some wine
The communication about my wine was terrible. Nobody let me know when it was arriving, then they just dumped it outside my door without a word! It really got on my nerves!

Incorrect order received
I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase from this company. They sent me the wrong order, and I've been trying to sort it out by reaching out to customer service but haven't had any luck. I've never had such bad customer service and because of this, I won't be giving this company a good recommendation. It's clear that their lack of communication and effort to fix mistakes is just not on.
Delayed wine delivery
I'm really disappointed with the service from this company. I ordered a bottle of wine nearly four weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. I got in touch with the delivery company and they said the parcel got lost. But even with this confirmation, the company won't send a replacement until they do their own investigation. It's just not on - I expect better customer service and a quick solution, not to be left waiting forever for a replacement.

I bought wine from six different regions in Italy - three reds and three whites. They were all amazing, and my friends really enjoyed them too! I was delighted with my purchase as the wines were delicious and of top quality.
Red wine purchase
I bought some red wines from this place recently and I was really happy with them - tasty and good value. But I found out that Yodel won't deliver Svinando parcels to my door when I'm out, even though they do for other wine shops. It seems a bit unfair, if you ask me.
Affordable wine
The delivery for my cheap wine took slightly longer than expected, but I wasn't too concerned after reading some reviews. It eventually arrived in just under three weeks. The wine itself was alright, not outstanding but definitely worth the price. However, I couldn't help but compare it to what I can find at Aldi and Lidl. For instance, Aldi has a brilliant Valpolicella Ripasso for only £7.99, which is just as good if not better than what I bought. I thought the wine I received was average, and knowing there are better options elsewhere, the wait didn't seem worth it. There are some more expensive wines available, but they're beyond what I'm willing to spend.
