Bought it on a whim for a bargain; used it this morning, looks gorgeous and feels solid — price made me wary, pleasantly surprised.
Bit iffy at first
I paid extra for delivery after a mate tipped me and saw the slot on their site; it kept shifting so I was sceptical — chased them — but it eventually turned up, so I'm relieved, not perfect though.
Pretty shoes, poor replies
I spotted them on Instagram and told my mate; they arrived looking smart and well packed, but my request to return the too‑big pair has had no response — a bit miffed.
Half-doubted, mostly satisfied
I was half convinced not to buy after seeing the stock note, but I went ahead. Communication was patchy — no reply for days, then an apology saying it wasn’t in stock and it’d be shipped soon. Ten days later it arrived, well packed and genuine. So my doubts mostly faded, though I wish they used WhatsApp or phone for quicker updates. Not perfect, but it works.
Stuck in customs, happy in the end
I was sure this would be a saga — order stuck in customs, missing paperwork and an email saying they'd send it back, you know? I needed the gadget for my morning smoothies so I was annoyed. In the end they refunded and sorted it quickly, and the blender works brill. Took a bit longer, but happy.
