    Jeans with manufacturing defect

    I bought a pair of jeans from the store not long ago and when I got home, I discovered that they had a manufacturing defect. So I went back to the store in Edinburgh straight away to ask for a refund. To my surprise, they said I couldn't get one because the inside tag was missing. I found their explanation for this policy to be absolutely ridiculous. I think that stores like this should improve their customer service and provide more reasonable refund policies. My advice would be to steer clear of shopping here in the future.

The company is really unprofessional and when they finally do reply, it's just a bunch of emojis without actually answering my questions 🙄. I still haven't received my order, so I can't comment on the product itself 😒.

    Cool graphic t-shirt

    Hey, so I ordered this really awesome graphic t-shirt and I was so looking forward to getting it. But then, when it showed up, there was this tiny hole in it! I was really disappointed, like, seriously. I tried to reach out for help but it was like talking to a brick wall. They didn't seem to care at all, just sent me some standard email with a smiley face emoji. Like, seriously? I was hoping for a replacement shirt or even a refund. But no, they just completely ignored me as if I was invisible. Ugh, the worst customer service experience ever. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

    Skirt and tracksuits for child

    The clothes I ordered were really nice, but unfortunately, they both had holes in them when they arrived. I was a bit disappointed at first, but I got in touch with customer service to sort it out. They said I could send the items back for a replacement, and they even gave me a label for shipping them back. I sent them off and let them know I'd posted them, but then I didn't hear anything back. Later on, they told me they'd refunded me for the items. I was surprised when they asked me to reorder the clothes if I still wanted them, even though I'd already paid for delivery. And not only that, they said I'd have to pay for delivery again, even though the reason for returning them was because they were faulty. It was really frustrating and disappointing to not get much help and have to pay delivery fees for something that wasn't my fault.

    Although I was happy with the clothes I received, I have to say the customer service wasn't great when I tried to use a promo code. I tried for a week but couldn't get it to work, and then found out it had expired. It makes me wonder if there was even a valid code to begin with, which could be misleading for customers. Despite that, the quality of the hoodies, shirts, jeans, and shoes was decent for the price.

    My recent trip to the store left me feeling disappointed as a customer. I went in looking for some new clothes and while they had a decent selection, the whole shopping experience was lacking. When I got to the checkout, I was told I could only pay with a card at the self-checkout machine, which I found quite inconvenient. The person working there didn't seem keen to help and kept pushing the self-checkout on me. I had a hard time using the machine and even had trouble removing a security tag, so I had to wait a while for help. It was frustrating and took up a lot of time, making the whole shopping trip pretty unpleasant.

    Faulty products, no customer service

    The customer service at this store is shockingly bad. I bought some stuff which turned out to be faulty, and when I tried to get in touch with customer service, I was told to email and message on WhatsApp, but they both didn't work. It's so annoying to splash out on things that aren't up to scratch and then not be able to get any help to sort it out. It's just not on and honestly, it shouldn't be allowed.

    I recently bought something from the shop and got sent the wrong size for one of the items which was a bit of a bummer. When I got in touch with customer service about it, I found the whole process really tough and not very efficient. It took ages to hear back from them, and even longer to sort it all out. To top it off, they wanted to charge me for the return, even though it was their fault. Overall, dealing with customer service has left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.     The customer service at this shop was terrible. I bought a top online and saw that the label showed a lower price than what I paid. When I got in touch with customer service to ask about this, they were really unhelpful and cold. They pretty much blamed me for paying that amount and said there was nothing they could do. Treating a paying customer like that is just not on.

    Well, I went to this shop to buy some nice clothes, you know? And can you believe it? The staff there ended up charging me twice for just one item!     I used to go to this shop a lot, spending quite a bit of money every month. But I recently had a terrible experience with a really rude shop assistant which has put me off. When I was at the till with my 2-year-old daughter, she accidentally dropped some money from my wallet. Instead of being nice about it, the assistant was sighing a lot and giving me a mean look. Even if he was tired, there's no need for that kind of attitude towards a customer. So, I've decided to take my business somewhere else after being treated like that.

    I tried to purchase something from this shop but it turned out to be a complete scam! I used my parent's card to buy a really nice shirt on the internet, but I never received a confirmation email. I waited patiently for it to arrive, but unfortunately, it never did. So I decided to send them an email, and after some time, I finally received a message confirming my order. I was thrilled! However, the very next day, I received another email saying that my order had been canceled. What a disappointment! And to make matters worse, I still haven't been refunded. It's just not fair!

    The delivery service from this store has been terrible. I ordered a few items a couple of weeks ago and they still haven't arrived. It's really frustrating that the company isn't communicating properly - all I'm getting are automated emails that don't help at all. It's pretty funny that they're asking if I still like them after all this! I think I'll steer clear of shopping here in the future and go for a more reliable option like Hollister.

    Long coat purchase

    I recently bought a long coat and I must say, I am really disappointed with the quality. The coat is made of mohair wool and it looks terrible. It's not just ugly but also badly made. The customer service was just as bad. When I tried to sort it out at the store, they insisted on having the receipt, which I had unfortunately lost. Even with proof of purchase, they refused to help me. This whole experience has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Pull & Bear has definitely lost a loyal customer in me. I won't be recommending this store to anyone, as their products and service standards are really low.

    I've just had the worst experience with an online purchase recently. The website looks dodgy, and on top of that, the promotional code they gave me didn't even work. I paid for my order, but no confirmation email came through. When I asked about it, they just said to wait for the refund. It's been a nightmare, to be honest.

    Various clothes for Christmas gifts

    Buyer beware - Pull and Bear do not offer longer exchange periods to allow for Christmas gift purchases. I have been left with unwanted clothes and not been offered any way forward! Even a credit note would have sufficed.
